Having just got back from a 3 night stag do in Riga- I am thoroughly impressed with the logistics and activities on offer. Hands down the best yet. Booking was easy, we made last minute changes which was no issue. There were 10 of us and found it very impressive. I would advise any lads to try the Riga package, shooting was amazing and the kidnap was hillarious, albeit scary for the stag! Would recommend anyday.

First of all it all seemed great. They had got their money so didn't really hear from them. Then the problems started. I had to phone them up to explain we needed to change the day activity. This was way in advance and needed to change as the bride to be is pregnant. It was all changed to something else very quickly only to get a call 2 weeks later to say we couldn't do that. Then changed it again. Everything was fully booked. Long story short we got our money back for the day activities and booked our own thing. They failed to tell us our hotels had changed. Luckily I noticed the change in names online so had to ring them to ask. Luckily the hotel we stayed in was beautiful and was very happy with that. Lastly they promised and I have got in an email proving it that we had "the best seats in the house" at the dream boys. Only to get there and have to be standing over a balcony for 2 hours with 2 pregnant members of the group. Not happy at all. Never ever use this company. They're after 1 thing and 1 thing only. Your money!!!

I know I'm going to have fun with my friends no matter what. So this doesn't mater - it's Eclipse that ruined the whole thing for us and is the only bad thing I can say about the hen party.

They messed up EVERYTHING in our booking, and the only time they were attentive was when we were putting the deposit down at the beginning - once they had that they were no where to be seen for support!

So the list of problems include:

1. they charged us extra when they said they wouldn't when we lost two people, 2. was not told about deadline for deposits until late and then they gave us just a day to give them in 3. the direct debits were set up but then at the end all the payments had problems - because of the extra charge no one could pay again because of the direct debit and you weren't allowed two methods of payment - I was hounded by different staff members about this 4. they kept forgetting who was not on the list anymore and hounded me for their payments even though they weren't going 5. they don't communicate or "write notes" on the booking like they say because i was constantly repeating myself about issues with the booking 6. they took money from my credit card without my consent when the last payments were due - i hadn't set up a dd and i didn't want to pay with this card 7. on the screen when the final payment was due i paid the outstanding payment balance myself then it changed and said it wasn't all paid - got another call website was never accurate 8. people took money from card without consent from another party when we were making the payment online to avoid the £10 over the phone charge 9. icing on the cake - an activity was taken off the booking without my knowledge or warning it was the only activity that was really important for the hen.

We haven't gone on the hen party yet, but like i said i know with my friends we're going to have a great time but i didn't need all this hassle and stress beforehand. I'm just hoping that everything is booked.

Originally I entered my details in the get a quote section. I wanted to get an idea of prices for a specific event not too far away. As the bride the actual organising is down to my lovely bridesmaids however it was upto me to choose what I wanted to do. Since doing this I have been absolutely bombarded with telephone calls and emails! I very politely replied saying I am not able to answer calls at work and that all I wanted was a simple quote ! I have still had emails and phone calls saying 'I've got so many great deals for your hen night I won't be beaten on price and please let me know if you need my help organising the hen do...' this is fine but not when I've had about 10 of the same. I have again politely responded to say no thank you we have decided on something else. Hopefully the emails and calls will stop , but I never did get the quote I was after! They will never sell being this pushy!

Paid my money upfront but then due to circumstance am unable to attend the hen do therefore due to this company's 'non refundable, non transferable' policy I have paid for a place that I and no other person can now use. Its a really bad policy that no one can take the place as it has already been paid for. As a student every penny counts!

I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was really impressed with the hen weekend that I booked through Eclipse. I particularly liked the fact that each person could pay for themselves via the website, which saved me a huge bill to pay on my own.

The hotel we stayed in was great, and exceeded my expectations. The perfume making activity was great fun and we all enjoyed it.

The meal we had in the restaurant was pretty average, although good value for money, and we can't complain.

All in all a good weekend, fantastic value for money.

I came across Eclipse Leisure from a Google search after trying to organise my friends hen do.

Being that I've never organised a hen do before, I didn't know where to start, but Eclipse Leisure were so helpful and suggested lots of options to me which left me spoilt for choice on what to do!

My account manager gave me plenty of time to review choices and give me alternatives where necessary.

What is great about Eclipse Leisure is that the stress of organising and paying / being repaid is handled all by Eclipse. This was a massive bonus for me because the person organising things like this is always left out of pocket / chasing people.

The weekend was also extremely affordable - spa with treatment, lovely clean and friendly B&B, dinner with drink and a classy bar for much less money than expected. Great value for money!

What's more, the dashboard/user interface has great details of who has paid what and when and details of the hen do you're organising.

The friendly nature of the staff/account managers is wonderful and refreshing! They're patient, understanding and extemely helpful. The day before the hen weekend I received a call to ensure everything was set and I had my Hen Weekend Pack printed off to take with me.

So we've recently got back from a Stag do in Barcelona. The trip itself was a success and I quote from one of the guests it was 'The best weekend of his life'. We booked ourselves on a three night stay in barcelona with bar crawl and nightclub entry on the friday and just the nightclub entry on the saturday. There was transfers to and from the airport which were on time, English speaking and hassle free. The only downfall to the trip was when we got to the hotel we discovered that we would be shacked up in a double bed with one of our mates... This had very little impact on our trip as we barely slept there!

The service we got was very organised, having an online portal for all the guests to pay into, takes a lot of pressure off the best mans shoulders! As many people know people pull out and sometimes don't pay on time! The only thing I would say is that communication could have been more frequent. There were times when I called and emailed and didn't get an answer straight away. Other than that, was very satisfied!

Dont ever book with this company, they dont care about you after they get your money, they were all lovely and helpful at the beginning as soon as I booked it and stuff started going wrong the aftersales team dont even care! They have terrible custmer service! It has been mistake after mistake, now my booking is completely different to what I booked or wanted. After paying over £2500 for the booking and noth actually having what I wanted its a joke. They claim that they have the right to cancel and change my booking as they want to and I can't get my money back. They have completely ruined the hen party and as for it being easier than doing it yourself, couldn't be further from the truth they were useless! I wish i had just booked it all myself and never gone near them. If you want a hen party that was stress free and exactly what you wanted DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL ONLY DISAPPOINT YOU.

I needed to add extra members to my group after the final plans had been made and with a phone call this was dealt with hassle free.(Red seven)

On the weekend the accommodation (Bonnington Hotel) was ideal for what was required, staff were polite and helpful and facilities were clean and tidy.

Max Events activities were a big hit with everybody in the group (Quads, Blind driving, Clay pigeon Shooting, Human Table Football). All the staff were great and made the day even more fun, I would definitely recommend these activities and would go again.

Continuing the Saturday evening caught a mini bus buddy's travel (very cheap and reliable) to Greyhound racing in Poole stadium which came with a good size meal and 2 free drinks, this turned out to be a ideal evening event as the group were very tired after the activities.

Sunday was paintball warriors, Staff were great and provided a personal service, the price was a little expensive for extra paint-balls however had an amazing final day to finish the weekend off and would definitely go again.
