I am a big fan of Sally Hansen nailcare but this kit sold the concept of beautifully French Polished nails as something easy to do and it certainly is not!
The idea is to use paper guides to lay across the nail, use the white polish to colour the tips and then go over the whole nail with the natural colour polish.
The paper strips do not stick to the nail and peel off almost instantly. When you have pressed them in place until your finger tips are sore you must apply the white polish which dries quickly but requires 2-3 layers to become thick enough to cover the natural nail colour. Unfortunately the paper strips wrinkle and peel up as soon as the white touches them. When the white is dry remove what is left of the paper strips (as a tip use a cotton bud soaked in varnish remover to smarten the edges as it all goes a bit blurry) and paint over the whole nail with the natural colour. Unfortunately the natural colour takes ages to dry (one thin coat was still tacky after an hour in a coldish room).
This is a good concept but very very time consuming, I would recommend putting the £6 (approx) towards a professional manicure.
