Would AVOID at all cost!! Unprofessional, inexperienced staff with little knowledge of local market. Don't care much for their customers, simply chasing a sale.

Marketed my property at the price and package suggested by the agent. Communication was dreadful and vetting of potential buyers non existent. Total waste of time and money - their are other good online agents out there, this definitely isn't one of them.

It took me a while to decide upon an agent to sell my flat. I wanted to try the online agents and I'm really glad I chose Hatched. The salesman was polite and courteous but also knowledgeable. A friendly face and voice on the phone during the sales process. He even offered to conduct viewings for me when I was unable to do so, at no extra cost. The flat went under offer within a 10 days, over asking price. The transaction itself wasn't as smooth as I'd wish but the progression team kept me up to date as was required and chased the details upon request. Would use them again. Thanks.

This was my first experience of selling a house so I do not have anything to compare it with, but overall I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Hatched. I have already recommended Hatched to other people and will definitely be using them again.

Some of the key positives for me:

• The range of different packages to chose from, all of which offer good value for money (I opted for the split package)

• The speed of initial response and in getting the details online (only a few days in total)

• The expertise and helpfulness of the Regional Consultant  

• The quality and accuracy of the brochure produced, particularly the photographs

• The ability to talk to someone knowledgeable 7 days a week

• The convenience of doing things via text and email, instead of being constantly interrupted by phone calls

• The chasing of viewer feedback and the posting of this on a dedicated online portal

• The automated sales progression chasing process and the regular updates provided to the seller

• The ongoing support provided throughout the sale progression: when we hit a stumbling block during my sale, they stepped in, liaised with everyone concerned, and made sure we were quickly back on track

• My solicitor found Hatched to be very helpful and accessible!

There were, however, a couple areas which may benefit from further improvement:

• Viewer chasing – I understand viewers receive 3 phone calls, a text and an email in response to a viewing. This seems a bit excessive to me and is verging on harassment (one of my viewers thought that too!)

• Online portal – The seller only seems to have access to limited information on the online portal, yet Hatched themselves obviously can see much more information. Would it be possible to allow sellers access to some of this more detailed information (e.g. in terms of correspondence, sales progression, etc.)?

As I’m sure you’ll agree, these are very minor issues in the big scheme of things, and just reinforce what an excellent service Hatched provides. Thank you for all your help and support!

Saw a house on Hatched, phoned several times before anyone answered, asked to arrange viewing, took almost 2 days before they got back to me for a viewing 10 days later. Told it would be with their local "agent" and that directions would be sent as it was very remote. Took another day to confirm viewing, no directions and now with owner not agent. Just had email confirming that viewing was cancelled - not by me -and no explanation why, property is still for sale. Tried to phone to find out why and no-one answers phone. If I was paying them to sell my home I'd want my money back. Stick with real estate agents who actually know what they are doing!

Just sold my property through hatched and found them fantastic, always easy to get hold off and would get back to you straight away. Customer service was great, highly recommended.

I could have done better myself. You have to chase daily and you speak to someone different everytime even if you call back immediately. A bunch of online people who are useless and waste your time, AVOID. Complete waste of time, energy and diesel viewing a property through them even the managing director ignores your emails!!

I decided to try an online agent because I was shocked at the cost of high street agents, and couldnt see any advantage to using them.

Hatched were reliable, and professional at all times, the photos were amazing and we had a buyer within 6 weeks and it was only the 3rd viewer.

We also used their conveyancing team, and I have to say that I have no complaints at all with that either!

Gema was simply wonderful, and so patient and efficient.

All in all I am delighted with Hatched and would recommend them to anyone.

We saved approximately half the cost of a high street agents and we had every bit as good a service, in fact in many ways it was better.

Dont think twice, just get Hatched in!

Excellent communication between all parties facilitated a very quick sale and good before and after sale service. Excellent photos were take.Staff arrived promptly and dealt professionally with all details.

Good experience all round and at an excellent price.

I was very impressed by the professional way in which Hatched handled the sale at all stages. I must have saved about £4000 compared with the best estimate I got from a High Street Estate Agent charging a percentage commission.
