I've used India Flower Plaza a few times for deliveries in SF and NYC and have loved the service! The recipients always gush at the presentation and everything is super easy, fast, and simple to use online. India Flower Plaza gives the option to deliver by hand (for metro areas), and send an email confirmation of the delivery as soon as the flowers are dropped off (super useful, and always spot on). Highly recommend the service, and can't wait for them to expand to more cities throughout the country!

It was my friend's B'day and i wanted to surprise her. I ordered a balloon bouquet from the site indiaflowerplaza.com.In the picture, you could see that it consists of helium balloons,a few normal balloons, and a few swirly shaped balloons, but all what my friend received was a packet of 10 normal looking balloons which weren't not even blown!!.Also on demanding them to be blown up, they were mouth blown instead of helium blown(why else would they stand up in the picture?)!! Note: I paid Rs.1175/- for normal looking balloons and not bouquet balloons!! Everybody knows that balloons are not so expensive! And if you tell me that balloons according to the order were just normal balloons i would suggest with all respect to change all the pictures of balloons bouquet on their website to 10 normal looking balloons instead of picturing them as differently shaped and colored! I had talked to the delivery head and he told me that he was just asked to deliver normal looking 10 balloons and wasn't even shown the picture displayed on the site and wasn't given any order to be helium filled or anything of that matter! Also calling up the consumer care and telling them about the unblown balloons, she sounded very irritated and even cut my call. Also, I sent a mail asking them to refund the money , i didn't even receive a mail of acknowledgment or any response for that matter.

It was my grand-parents 50th marriage anniversary and i had ordered roses tall arrangement worth Rs 1820. They take Rs 200 extra for early morning delivery of flowers (thus total 2050)and the timing displayed on website is 6-9am. But when i called upon to confirm the order they said that the early morning delivery will be done between 8-10 am. And on the day of anniversary it was 10am still the flowers were not delivered. And no one respond to your call too. I wont recommend this site.. Its fake and and they are not trustworthy. please dont go for Indiaflowerplaza..

ordered a bunch of 15 red and white roses for 480 odd rupees on 13 feb 2014 to be delivered the next day. on 14 feb 2014, the order is delivered late in the evening. what reached my door was 11 flowers, NOT FRESH. I shot a mail to the mail id [email protected] and I got a reply immediately from someone called Madhushree: "Pls check our home page there is strictly mention if you do not place the order valentines page we cannot take any guarentee for same flowers Sent from BlackBerry® on Airtel" To which I wrote : " Excellent! You charge for 15 flowers and deliver 11. good policy to maximize profits. Go on " Back came a reply : "Why are you not seeing our home page you people like this cheater" DO NOT GO FOR India Flower Plaza. They are online cheaters.

Hi guys, I have placed an order with IndiaFlowerPlaza to deliver gift to Ghaziabad. I thought these guys deliver to correct person and in time. They disappointed me. They didn't deliver the gift at all. Forget about sending in time, first of all they didn't deliver the gift at all. I called their customer care number. No one lifting the call. After repeated attempts, someone picked the phone and someone picked the call and asked me to email. I sent email and they didn't respond to me. If they can't attend the calls at that number and if they cant respond our emails why they have to name it under Customer Service? If they can't deliver the gifts to the given address propely, why should we send gifts to our near and dear with these guys? Just they are making money out of it. This is not a reliable to send online gifts. Pathetic service. Hence, don't go for it. Thanks, Adit

I had ordered flowers through this website and the experience was life an indigestion. I don't know how else to put it. The not only delivered less than what was ordered, but even forgot to put in the message. Moreover the flowers ordered were supposed to be long stemmed and the ones delivered were not even close. On sending a message to the customer service got a horribly rude message back asking me to count them properly. There are so many florists out there who do provide better service. So save yourself some energy and avoid hassle with Indiaflowerplaza .com
