I booked my car in and after several phone calls I was told that the guy would be an hour or so late, then after asnother phonecall he couldn't make it that day at all. I was promised he would be at my house by 2pm the following day. 2pm came and went, and after a few more phonecalls i was told he would be with me first thing the following morning. He arrived in the afternoon. The actually cleaning of my car was a good job, as I have a number of dogs so it was dirty. However, i was informed that because it was so dirty that i would be charged extra - something which was never mentioned to me! I also was disappointed to find that the several £1/£2 coins which had been stuck down the side of my door for a while had gone - apparently the guy thought he deserved a tip. Not impressed at all and wont be going back!!!
