Par Sands Holiday Park, Par Beach

I am reviewing Par Sands Holiday Park (PS) as a recently left owner of a Holiday Home on PS.

As a holiday park it is in a fantastic location with great facilities while the site staff in general are very friendly and helpful to both owners and holiday makers alike.

Un-fortunately the management in general fail to communicate or consult effectively with owners in general and regularly change park rules for owners without consultation, communication or within reasonable timescales.

To prove this point:

firstly owners with timber decking’s have been told recently that they must change their timber decking to plastic whatever the condition of the existing decking for aesthetic reasons and at high costs to the owners

secondly, if you are an owner the grading of your holiday home and requirements within have been recently changed by the management with no consultation whatsoever.

I believe in tourist industry which should be customer focused unfortunately PS lacks greatly in this area at this present time specifically in relation to its management which is a shame in view of my initial comments about the park and the park staff.
