The Best Hair Dye Brand

I used this in shade natural brown on my yellow hair, this gave me a beautiful dark brown result very natural, i had shimmering golden tones which made my hair look highlighted, you also get a serum that you apply on your hair before colouring and it was enough for my very long hair as its quite a thick cream, it really does help protect your hair as my hair was not even damaged after the colouring process, my hair was quite damaged before colouring and this helped protect it as well as give it a silky finish, the conditioner you get is quite a lot and its also very thick, leaves hair feeling soft.

The best hair dye brand ever.

Ash Blonde Is Brown/blue!! Warning!!

I have naturally dark blonde hair and have always wanted to be blonder. In the past I used to use L’oreal creme excellence 'Lightest Ash Blonde' which worked well, slightly coppery but nothing that couldnt be remedied by a decent toner, but it is very blonde. I recently decided I wanted to be a medium ash blonde so let my hair grow out to its natural colour and went back to boots where there is an offer of 2 for £10 on l'oreal creme excellence so decided to buy both 'Medium Ash Blonde' and 'Light Ash Blonde' both of which seem lighter than my hair on the box. Thank GOD I did a strand test though because these both made my hair DARKER to a definite brown colour with a grey/blue tinge! Hideous! I followed the instructions meticulously since I've had bad experiences with home dye in the past so all I can conclude is that their ash colours simply do not work. Furthermore it made my hair stringy and elastic-like, not at all like the 'Lightest Ash Blonde' dye I've used before. The process itself is easy and hassle-free but the colour is just so far from that on the box that I’m shocked it made it to the shelves, has anyone at L’OREAL put this through testing?! I am particularly confused since the ingredients state that it contains hydrogen peroxide and ammonia but DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS - THIS DYE DOES NOT LIGHTEN YOUR HAIR!!
