I felt the need to leave a review and let every potential customer know that the service that Highbridge caravans provide are second to none and excellent. I have bought 2 new caravans from Highbridge and on both occasions the sales staff were very helpful in every way possible and are never pushy and only very helpful, informative and honest and will not try to make you spend on anything you may not need. We have not long picked up our second new van and when away for the first time it rained and we noticed a leak in the front window. We phoned customer service on the Tuesday and was due to leave for home on the Wednesday and was told that we could take the van into them for investigation on the way home, we did this and left the van with them on Wednesday afternoon and was telephoned at 8:30 Friday morning to tell us we could pick up our van and that a temporary fix had been done and that a claim was made with manufacturers and parts ordered to make repair and that they would contact us when they had parts to arrange a convenient time for them to have van back for permanent repairs. Cannot fault how polite courteous and efficient the service that we received from everyone at Highbridge and couldn't ask for anything more from them and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. We will never buy from anyone else and it's well worth going out of your way as they go the extra mile and more in every way. Thanks to everyone

The man parts and spares was amazing! He went above and beyond helping us with an issue we had with a habitition lock. We have an much older motorhome, but he made sure we were sorted. Great service.

We picked up our motorhome on Thursday and would like to thank everyone we came into contact with at Highbridge Caravans for turning the process of making a vehicle purchase into an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Everyone made time for us and made us feel valued. The gentleman who sold the motorhome to us was very helpful, pleasant and kind, and the young lady who did our handover was excellent - a real mine of information. She explained everything to us expertly and with great patience! The admin ladies in the office and the shop sales assistants were similarly knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We feel that Highbridge is an honest and trustworthy company. We are very happy with our motorhome, and feel confident that the aftercare for our van will be as good as the sales experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Highbridge Caravans, and send thanks to everyone there.

WoW what an experience from when we ordered our new caravan to finally picking it up and driving away. Agent was brilliant with the order patient and not at all pushy he gave us some great advice about layout which really made us think. Then today we arrived to collect where a representative did an exceptional job of showing us how everything worked and checking we were happy, best handover we have ever experienced, thank you. Then it was onto payment and paperwork and representative could not have been more helpful helping with tracker registration and what an excellent job on the number plate (especially the smile, she will know what we mean.). Finally we must not forget another representative who helped with our px. If we could have given more than 5 we would have thank you all at Highbridge Caravans for the great experience we look forward to dealing with you in the future.

I’m afraid to say that the after sales team at ‘TEIGNGRACE’ are a complete ‘DISGRACE’ and urgently need to attend a course on good customer service! After producing all of the necessary paperwork in February for some minor warranty work to be carried out to our caravan, we were given in writing an “indicative timing of the end of March”. We waited patiently for 6 weeks before chasing them only to be told that as this particular van had not been purchased from them (our previous van and my parents current van were) they were not prepared to carry out the work! They also implied that this decision had been based on having “a reduced technical workforce” when we actually know that they’ve never had so many technicians at Teigngrace! They did not answer any of my questions, in particular why it had taken them 6 WEEKS to advise us of this (we would probably still be waiting now had we not chased them) nor a single apology for the inconvenience & financial loss this is now causing us. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID…and we thought we had a good relationship with this company!!!

Over the past 10 years my wife and I have purchased from Highbridge Caravans several caravans and a motor home. The members of staff are always polite, helpful and professional. We must give a special mention to their mobile engineer who has been called out to us to fix several general problems. Give him ten out of ten for his knowledge, application and cheerful manner. Well done !!

The worst service I have ever received from a retailer. Paid £30000 for my Adria Isonzo caravan brand new and the windows were falling out, the sink leaked and it took them 6 weeks to fix and the heating system broke down and it’s been 8 weeks and they still haven’t been in touch. Don’t buy from these.

We have used highbridge caravans for the last 7 caravans, this is mainly due to the representative and the team who are always extremely helpful and go the extra mile, from dealing with the sales to service team nothing is to much trouble, we recommend to friends and family big thank you again.

A Massive thankyou to the agent at Highbridge Burnham for his excellent after sales care last week. He did everything possible to sort the problem quickly with excellent follow up communication. Also another massive thankyou to the mobile Technician for coming to the rescue fixing the problem quickly and professionally while standing in the freezing cold again with excellent customer care. Also thanks to the lovely ladies on Reception for their excellent telephone manners when dealing with a stressed out lady with her first Motorhome. Easy to find, parking available on site, all staff were helpful from the lady you greets you when you arrive ( no pushy sales staff here following you around), a very large selection of caravans and motorhomes for sale, all open so you can just wander inside to view them. Sale was completed really quickly. There was a lovely lady who showed us how things worked inside and outside of the Motorhome. And, tea was provided free of charge after the sale. I would definitely take a trip here if you are looking to purchase a Motorhome, caravan or trailer.

I checked my van over yesterday as we are going away tomorrow for a short break. The shower mixer tap was leaking quite badly from inside itself. I called your after sales who were as much use as a chocolate fire guard. They instantly told me it was frost damage and will not be covered under warranty (without even seeing it). They would however like to sell me a new tap in the region of £100. I was not happy with this so the engineering side of me investigated what could be wrong. Within minutes of looking online many others have experienced a similar problem with many different resolutions. So once I found out how to remove the tap and take it apart I found a poorly seated rubber seal. I seated it as it should have been, this fixed the leak. No new tap or spare parts required. I also found out that if it was frost damage you can replace the internal ceramic cartridge at a cost of approx. £15 (this was never an option offered to me). This made me feel like I was being taken off. I have had better service from a £150 coffee machine manufacturer and would have expected more after spending £24k with Highbridge Caravans. I have found your after sales department absolutely terrible and this has put me off dealing with Highbridge Caravans ever again.

We purchased our first motorhome from Highbridge Caravans and we received outstanding service. Our sales advisor, with out his help we would of ended up buying the wrong van, so glad we listen to his advice in finding us the perfect model. Liz who is also in the sales team bent over backwards to help us get the sale through. We went on to purchase items from the store and again the service was second to none, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. also thanks to the salesman in the Awning section for putting us in the right direction on our driveaway awning. you can tell this is a family run buisness everyone we spoke to were so frindly and helpfull Would highly recommend using Highbridge if you are thinking of purchasing a motorhome. We have had a few issues with are New Caravan (just teething problems). The Mobile engineer/sorter out of problems, was perfect, what a GREAT service. Caravans are not easy to just take into the service department and I was worried how I was going to get it to Highbridge. When I was offered a mobile service I could not believe my luck. And I was lucky, the engineer came to us on site. He rang 30 minutes before his arrival as promised, and sorted everything out. He had everything in his Van to do all the jobs. He explained things to us, nothing was a bother. He was extremely polite and welcoming, and he got the jobs done. FANTASTIC SERVICE THANK YOU

The service I received from staff of Highbridge Caravans was superb. On arriving in Somerset I discovered that I had left my caravan keys at home. The team at Highbridge went out of their way to find a key that matched my caravan and loaned it to me on trust for the duration of my holiday. This meant that I did not have to embark on a 240 mile round trip on a very busy M5. I was understandably extremely relieved. I would particularly like to thank the three staff members directly involved for the efforts they went to in finding a suitable key. I have no hesitation in recommending Highbridge Caravans.

When I purchased my previous caravan from Highbridge Caravans in October 2020 it was fully serviced and very well presented. This Lunar Clubman SB caravan, purchased April 2022, was not prepared to the same high standard I expected. Cleaning was skimpy: cobwebs in three places internally, carpets dirty and stained, many leaves and dead flies in fly screens on roof lights. In particular, the outsides of the roof lights were covered in moss/mold. I have since rectified all these points but should not have had to do so (I hesitate to play the "age card", but at 72 I prefer not to climb a ladder to clean the roof of a new-to-me caravan). I was told on a number of occasions that the company is short of staff, but this should not have been made my problem. I have raised this with the company but have received no comments, let alone an apology, so now feel compelled to publish a review. The lights on the toilet Control Panel did not work, so clearly had not been checked prior to sale. I have now received a replacement panel which I will fit, but, again, I should not have this problem. Overall, a disappointing experience, with no apology from the company.

spent £ 680000 on new wildax europa, took delivery in early march. no cab blinds fitted. called wildax - highbridge had been informed & should have fitted - highbridge denied any knowledge. went to dorset - engine management light on & 'check engine' called rac - emissions problem - cleared code. went to devon - engine light on again - rac called again - same problem. rac gave written report for it to be checked at specialist. booked in at highbridge for blinds to be fitted, engine light to be checked - should have delivered to tourer techs 19/04 by 9.00 as agreed in writing. never turned up. no answer from aftersales dept. by phone after many calls. called sales dept. - answered imediately, sent to tourer techs, but they would not work on it as 'engine light on again ! Also speaker light on from new - no sound. Engineer at highbridge (somerset), suggested i return it ti the devon branch as this was where it was purchased, but they have no workshop facilities ! at present engineer has admited he has no idea what to do ! am waiting for his reply - i expect it may take a while. off next tuesday to dawlish (booked up) worst service i have ever received on any new vehcle purchase, and i have made many dealt previously with other somerset motorhome dealers who have been good KEEP AWAY !

Over the years I have spent my life savings with Highbridge on various vans. The sales team are always great for a sale , but if any issues arise trying to talk to someone has become increasingly impossible. Today I have made multiple calls , but no one at Highbridge (Teigngrace) has had the common decency to call me back despite promises. Even the Director will not return calls. Based on my personal experience , I would no longer recommend Highbridge .

Wanted a replacement key for my caravan went to parts department parts woman could not have been more unhelpful and rude could not be bothered to help always found main shop very good and have shopped with them for last 12 years shall be taking my custom elsewhere
