I recently wore a dress from Coast, which was bought over two years ago and didn't belong to me. I happened to lose the attached flower corsage and, since I was borrowing the dress from someone else, I quickly contacted Coast to see if there was some way I could purchase another one. My email was answered almost instantly, and within a few days the Coast representative had located a new flower and had it shipped to me, completely free of charge. I'm very impressed with the incredible service and would recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality clothing.

We were buying bridesmaid dresses and a Mother of the Bride dress for me. I ordered lots of bridesmaid dresses which were delivered very quickly. Having despaired of ever getting anything to fit and suit 4 girls of varying size and colouring we actually got something perfect. I sent all the rest back via Collect+ and they were all processed and refunded within a week. I ordered my perfect M of the B dress in size 8 which was ever so slightly, but very definitely, too tight. There was no 10 to be had online...anywhere. I was in despair having tried on practically every dress in Western England. So my husband started phoning around shops to see if there were any possibilities. All the shops, inc House of F, were extremely responsive and helpful and gave us suggestions and phone numbers to try. After a few calls he located a 10 in Sheffield and they agreed to post it off right away. It arrived next working day. Saved my life. The bride says it looks awesome. Delighted. First class dresses and service.

I orderd two coats in two sizes on line which was easy, they arrived nicely packaged in the coast bags wrapped in tissue paper.
To return you had a choice of going to the store or by freepost - i opted to return to the store without any problems, the only thing I would say is that you do not receive a reciept from the store and I was a bit concerned as I was returning one item worth £150 my worries were unfounded as within a few days I recievd an email to say the card had been refunded. I did take the sales assistance name and wrote the date as a back up, so maybe a refund slip from the store would have been helpful.
