We ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses. Emailed customer service when they hadnt arrived in recommended time. Immediate response. Parcel came couple of days later. Only disapointment is that the dresses come up small. Dresses are folded in black tissue paper placed in a coast bag inside a plain brown box. Does result in dresses arriving creased but after hanging dress up over night looked ok. Might have been nicer to have dresses delivered on hangers. Sent one dress back by click+collect by taking it to a store. 7days later money back in my account. I would prefer a phone number to speak to soneone rather than email, however all emails to coast customer service were answered in a timely fashion. Speak as I find. Customer service very helpful.

I bought an evening dress from coast online in October 2012 ,I paid £180 ,the dress has been worn twice , I took the dress to my local reputable dry cleaner they checked the care instruction label that had the letter P for dry cleaning and put the dress in a mesh bag before putting in machine , there was a stain on the dress which they spot cleaned .When I went to pick up the dress they told me and I could see that colour has been stripped out of the dress and the care label should have had a P with a line below for special dry cleaning . I do not have the receipt but I have my bank statement as proof of purchase . I would appreciate your help in this matter .
