Okay, so i ordered some items from here on the 29th July, we're now on 16th august... I ring 'phone number temporarily unavailable' and just an automated response from my many emails... So gutted as it was near on £50 spent, i look online and it says the order is completed.. What do i do??? So angry

I am absolutely hacked Off!!!- I can't believe I've just come across these reviews after foolishly buyin an item and waitin, contacting, waiting, getting mad. I ordered an outfit for about £24 and I know it's not much but it's my money and is for a GirLy night, which has nw ruined my plans- it's nowhere to be seen, Ive called, I've emailed & Nothing!!! I've got to run about and find something and fork out more money! If this has happened to numerous people I dnt knw why the hell they are still able to swindle people. From what I found out after speaking to my bank the payment money ends up somewhere in Leeds so this 'company' might not even be situated in London. I do a lot of shopping online but this has definetly changed my mind. I think it's wise to search reviews before you buy which I will definetly be doing. I'm so angry right now and I hope whoevers behind this gets caught real soon!! Feel like going on watchdog hahah. If this happens to you please write a review because the more people that speak up the more likely it is to be taken seriously .. Eventually- fingers crossed!!

I ordered a costume on the 6th of march and its now the 21st of march and no sign of it so I have sent over 5 emails and rang about 30 times and no reply!!!! Def bogus....

I ordered an item more than a week ago. Nobody answered my email,nor picked up the phone. I am going to contact the bank and get my money back, I am going to contact consumer rights. I am surprised all these people were upset and left a review here, and nobody did anything about it. They would have saved other people from going through the same issue. I'll post updates with the outcome.

I am really really angry with this! I thought the 'delicious lingerie' site was legitimate until after 3 days of waiting fory order. I had confirmation emails of payment and order number. I ordered 1 week ago and not received anything sI rang the number provided which shockingly no answer and you could not leave a message! This got .me thinking sI had to cancel my card to stop more money being taken from right under nose! How people can do this is disgusting and I will be taking this further. I intend to be in contact with trading standards.
