Furniture Company is having the richest collection I’ve ever seen. It can cater customers with different tastes without any issues. The quality of goods is also high.

I can't rate this company highly enough. The ceiling light I bought was exteremly good value for money and the Furniture Store was the only place I could find which stocked the item.

After I placed my order, the Furniture Store kept me up to date with the progress. They telephoned and emailed me with ETA of my purchase, and then again when they had received the item from their supplier so they could arrange a suitable delivery date. After the item was delivered, they emailed me again to make sure it was received and in working order.

There was a slight crack in one of the glass parts of the light(damaged in transit). I informed the Furniture Store of this and they were more than happy to help. They responded to my email very quickly and within 3 days, I had a replacement part a long with some spares incase there was any accidental damage in the future. Overall - excellent service!!

Reasonable priced item, with a good selection available from web-site. However, customer service is non-existent at this company. Web site specifies delivery is usually within 14 days, but may take up to 28 days. My delivery took over 2 months, with no explantion as to why!!!! I chased the company throughout to find out the status - it seems as though this is the only way they will progress an order!

I rang the company as I had found a few websites showing the item I was interested in at a much cheaper price. THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T MATCH THE PRICE AS THEY WOULD MAKE A LOSS!!!

I told the girl that I spoke to that they should alter the wording on thier website as it was misleading. She disagreed and said `but we WILL beat the price inless we will lose money on the item'. She just didn't `get it'.

I thought the service i got of them was fantastic i have recommended it to all family members, i did lose a screw when building it as it went behind a piece of furniture but they sent me another set out free of charge straight away! OVERALL AMAZING !!

ordered selby corner cabinet from The Furniture Company, after waiting 12 weeks for it to arrive it eventually came with one package missing, after numerous phone calls and emails finally sent other package but still parts missing and glass panel smashed!

after many phone calls and emails and 3months passing and promises of new parts nothing. wrote letter asking for refund, wrote another letter asking for refund, nothing. Its been 7months since order was placed!! finally I gave up! now have smashed panel and half finished cabinet.
