This is a truly mesmorising book that I found hard to put down from the outset. Rohinton Mistry is a brilliant story teller who interwieves the lives of the characters with sublime ease. Whilst the book is packed with tragedy it still manages to make you feel good throughout the story in fact its positively life affirming. A gifted writer.
