Outwell Vermont L Tent

We bought the Outwell Vermont tent 2 years ago but have just used it for the first time this weekend, we found it really easy to put up with plenty of room inside. The big down fall though is after peging down the front door area the wind blew and the tent ripped just above the peg loops. Now when we try to contact Outwell we have no luck, and have to return to the dealer even though the warrenty is now out. We are not the only people that had this problem.
