My motorhome was damaged in a collision with a gatepost.The company my insurers sent me to,told me straight away my insurance people would possibly write it off because it would take them at least a week to repair making it too expensive.They also said they probably would not be able to do the actual repair.I took it to Wallace caravans and within about 20minutes they had worked out what was required and said it would be approximately2days.They phoned on the morning of the second day to say the repair was complete.I then asked them to also order and fit a new small access door which had also been damaged and fix a small wiring problem.I picked my motorhome up the very next day.Absolutely unbelievable servive which my wife and I were very gratelul for.My total bill was £160.This is incredible when a so called preferred repair agent were saying it would be written off if they had to do the job Companies like this should hang their heads in shame.I will be in touch with my insurance company to name them,they know who they are.All insurance payers should know I did not claim.No wonder our premiums are so high.Well done Wallace Caravans.

They sold my Hymer motorhome on a commission basis at an agreed price.

Fully prepared and serviced the van prior to selling. Then offered finance facilities as well as a warranty.

The person I dealt with , kept us fully informed of progress and forwarded the agreed sum immediately on the sale being achieved. I would highly recommend this company.

This is my second caravan from this Elddis dealership. I had tried a number of nearer dealerships but all seemed to be snotty, as I only wanted a base specification.

Friendly staff, and easy to negotiate with, without feeling pressured. Pre-delivery inspection carried out very well, with no in-use snags to report and a swift change over from old to new caravan. Noticed good team work between staff even though they were extremely busy with work. Would recommend Wallace Caravans to anyone wishing to purchase an Elddis caravan. Worth the extra few miles from Edinburgh.
