This place must be run by idiots or people who are intentionally sly. I ordered MTP trousers over a week ago, They had not even shipped them as of this morning. I emailed and told them not to bother sending them as their dispatch is abysmal, Along with that I instructed a full refund. They replied with excuses on why it has taken so long. I replied simply to read my previous email and follow the cancellation instruction. I have just had a message from the platform Shop that they have shipped the item and completely ignored my request. Don't buy from these clowns.

ordered a pair of army/cargo trousers on 13th May. Paid by Paypal (Day 3) my order status had not changed from "Payment Approved" so I e-mail them to ask if anything was wrong. No Reply! (Day 6) I call them. The item was not in stock, but they assured me that it was ordered and would be in within a few days, a week the latest. (Day 27)I called them again, they apologised and assured me that item is arriving within a few days and offered to dispatch it on next day delivery. (Day 32) I call again. Delivery imminent they say (Day 42) I call again. They promise to look into it and call back. They don't. I call again and they guarantee delivery within the next 5 days (Day 48)I call again (they answer). Item still not in stock. They say a few more days. I ask for an immediate refund and they agree. (Day 49)No refund yet. I call them (they answer) and they claim they had done the refund. I say I have heard nothing from Paypal. The reply that the company they use for refunds takes up to 10 days. I tell them this is unacceptable and I ask to speak to the manager. He is conveniently away. I ask them to get him to give me a call the next day and if he doesn't I threaten to contact trading standards. The reply this is up to me and we end the conversation. 10 minutes later I receive a Paypal refund and an e-mail from them apologising and telling me this was not their fault. Of course it is the same person!!! 1. Identify items not in stock and only accept payment when you can dispatch. 2. Notify customers of unexpected delays of orders 3. Reply to e-mails 4. Get another refund company (10 day is ridiculous) 5. Hire or nominate an assistant manager (The "manager is away" is not an excuse)

Without a doubt i'll be using Becketts again! I called them originally to check if the item was in stock, it wasnt so they ordered me one in.
Order was placed online Sunday afternoon and goods arrived Tue Morning!
It even came with a hand written "with compliments" slip thanking me for my order!!!
