We Brought Our Set In November 2008 , And It Was W

We brought our set in November 2008 , and it was wonderful great sound , pictures and features. Then in November 2009 the trouble began . The EPG would not work. The shop we got it from were helpful but could get no were with Loewe. After a letter to Loewe threatening legal action they did take notice and sent their agents Appliance Care to us in May 2010. Since then the set has been going backwards and forwards to them. Each time they return it something else is always wrong with it. They have just returned it today the 24th December having had it for 4 weeks.In all that time Loewe have never once contacted us to see if everything is ok. Great set when it works. Wish we had had another Sony. L P Smith.
