Read some of the reviews on this site after I bought this awning but before I had used it and I was a bit worried. I had my eye firmly on cost when making my choice and this was by far the cheapest I found that looked as if it would do the job. Anyway, it has now been in constant use for 3 months on a seasonal pitch and I am delighted with it. At first some water collected on the mud skirts after rain but this was due to my mistake and after adjusting them the problem disappeared. Absolutely no problems with condensation as I make sure awning is aired properly. No rain collecting on roof and I am in the West of Scotland so we see plenty of it! Overall I think this is a fantastic awning for the budget price.
