Brilliant service and really helpful people. I live abroad so asked for a VAT form which they provided too. Really good value for money. I actually ordered slightly the wrong size (entirely my fault) and after going to a few jewellers on the high street who wanted 80-100 GBP I sent it back to WRD who resized it for me perfectly for 20 GBP! The staff are always clear and helpful on the phone. A damn good service and muchly appreciated during the stress of setting organising a big wedding. Many thx!

After a disappointing browse through countless high street jewellers, I turned to the Internet. I was dubious about ordering a ring from an unknown website thrown up by Google, but the many positive reviews gave me confidence. I found the whole process easy and the choice of rings was almost limitless. I specifically wanted a 12mm wide titanium ring and there were a number to choose from. The website is well designed and the navigation and information is presented in an extremely easy to use format. The process is clear and I completed my order with no issues. Within a couple of days I had a phone call from a very nice lady who asked a couple of questions about my order and the lead time - the personal touch was appreciated. To my surprise, an email came through just over a week ahead of my expected delivery advising the ring had been dispatched and it arrived the next day via secure delivery. The ring was presented in a lovely wooden box and was exactly what I had expected - it fitted perfectly. Faultless from start to finish - thank you very much.

Wow, wow, wow. from beginning to end of having my husbands bespoke ring made, i couldnt of wished for better service, understanding and quality. From using the sample service to placing the order. Wedding rings direct was an excellent find. Value for money and choice was great compared to the high st jewellers. We created our rings on the website and then went to their showroom in Brighton to see the rings and check sizes. The lady in the showroom was really helpful and not pushy at all. The whole experience was easy and relaxed. We got our rings 3 weeks later and we are delighted with them. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

We are getting married in the summer, so starting looking for wedding rings at the start of the year as we didn't really have an idea of how long they took to deliver. After searching around shops and websites, we decided to go for Wedding Rings Direct for several reasons, the range, the options, the price, the service and the delivery and I have been very happy with all of them. The range is varied and wide, in price, materials, style, types, sizes, etc. I had never considered there could be such a wide range of wedding ring types and it really got me thinking about different styles. However being a bit of a traditionalist with wedding rings we decided to just go for plain 18 carrot yellow gold rings with a standard court profile for me and a flat profile for the fiancées. The half size availability was useful as I found out that I require one. The option to try a trial ring was useful. I have never worn a ring before and this helped me in several ways. It helped to get the right size, the half size previously mentioned. My father lost his original ring after swimming in the sea (cold fingers shrink). I therefore put my hand in a sink of cold water, found the trial ring size too large and so got a half size smaller for the final ring. It defined the profile I found comfortable as the double comfort I tried wasn't! It is something that will be worn for the rest of your life and so the small expense of the trial ring is a very useful cost and with the return postage envelope already paid for, an easy process. The price is reasonable. I am sure there are other stores out there that provide cheaper rings, but in combination with the other reasons for selection, I was very happy with the costs. The service is very good with response to any emails being answered in a day. Email notifications were provided at the correct time for the status of the order. Delivery seemed quick, although I have no idea of how long rings normally take to be delivered. After thinking they would take a long time and we may be rushing to get them delivered, I am happy that they were delivered in plenty of time and are one thing less to worry about

My husband to be fell in love with the black ceramic wedding rings as they look very different and are not expensive (he didn't want to spend much on his ring!) we used the free ring sizer and ordered very quickly and simply his size and chosen ring from the website! Even for ceramic rings there is plenty of choice! The ring arrived much quicker then estimated, communication via email was fantastic. the ring arrived well packaged and in a beautiful box. The ring itself looks exactly as shown on the website, fits perfectly too! He is a very happy chappy and doesn't want to wait to wear it! Thank you!

The sample service is an excellent idea and so useful. It enables you to get used to the ring and find out if it is comfortable for a length of time. I left my order till the last minute but weddings-direct didn't let me down and we received our rings in plenty of time and the rings are stunning. The only negative I have is the box the rings were presented in. A quality box but resembling something you would collect Granny's ashes in! Otherwise excellent service with helpful customer service.

Customer service is excellent, they have great friendly assistance on the end of the phone which helped me purchase a ring that I love. With short notice they did their best to supply a ring to me in time and managed it thankfully. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
