I Have Read Both The Novels. I Have Even Studied J
I have read both the novels. I have even studied Jean Rhys' novel and I personally feel that the novel should be read in relation to "Jane Eyre" for Wide Sargasso Sea is not only a subversion but also a prequel to Bronte's novel. Don't worry, both novels are worth reading, only thing the beauty of the novels are brought out when they are read in relation to one another.
