Rear of headboard finished or not?? We wanted to sit the bed in the middle of the room. Couldnt even tell us!!!!Where do these beds come from ?? The Moon??????.......

Don't trust them ...they are probably suppliers of rubbish quality....

We ordered online a childrens blue car racer bed for supposedly delivery the next day. No confirmation email was received and on the delivery date no bed arrived. I phoned 1st4beds to find out when the bed would arrive and the gentleman on the end of the phone abruptly told me it wouldn't.

The bed we had ordered was out of stock and they had "emailed" me the previous day to tell us. Rubbish. No email was ever received (yes we checked our junk box!) no alternative bed was offered and they told me it would be back in stock in 6-8 weeks time. I demanded an immediate refund of the £200 they were very quick to take from us. This bed is still showing as available on their website!

After looking elsewhere for this same bed we contacted the supplier directly to check stock levels. This bed has actually been discontinued and will not be available.

Terrible website, terrible customer service.

I ordered a divan bed and the quality exceeded my expectation for the price. I ordered on Tuesday and got delivery on Wednesday. Couldn't ask for any more. Staff we're extremely helpful and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a bed. High quality product, quick delivery and great service!

I bought the Dorado leather white double bed from this company after surfing the internet for days only to find this was on my doorstep. Rang the company and got a price match and an assurance of the quality would be good. Totally true from limelight as faux leather looks real and is a fab bed which I assembled myself. Delivered 2 days later and love the bed and the company and delivery lads were good and took straight upstairs. Would defo recommend! Thankyou verymuch.

Placed order online and delivery was made on the day i requested. Delivery drivers took the bed up-to my bedroom and removed packaging. Great service from 1st4beds and would recommend.

I rang 1st 4 beds on the off chance they would have a domino bunk bed, the gentlemen said he did and i could have it delivered tomorrow. I couldnt believe it as nobody else had this in stock. As promised it arrived the very next day, excellent service, thanks very much 1st 4 beds!!

Rang about 1.30 to ask about delivery of a bed because the website said 1pm was the cut off for next day delivery as another company had let me down and it was my daughters birthday the next day. The gentleman said if I ordered it with him he could get it to me the next day. The bed arrived the next day, its a geat bed. Thanks very much 1st4beds.

I read the reviews and was a bit concerned that a couple of them weren't very good so I rang and spoke to a gentlemen with a northeast twang but didn't let that put me off, I asked the questions I needed and then placed my order. The next morning the bunk bed and mattresses arrived as promised. I started to put the bed up and got a bit confused so I rang up and a gentleman explained what I had done wrong, I am over the moon with the product and the service I have received from 1st4beds. I will recommend them to anybody that wants a new bed.

Ordered a wooden bunk bed on the Tuesday and got delivery Wednesday. Ordered online and everything went smoothly. Got a phone call to make sure I was available for delivery, which was a nice touch! Would definitely recommend 1st4beds to friends and family or anyone looking to buy a bed.
