Positive Solutions

This in in regards to an ISA.

I discovered that an ISA I took out through a financial advisor from positive solutions was getting HUGE kick backs from every payment that I have ever made into the ISA.

I discovered that over the years this advisor had been paid over £1000 for doing nothing. Normally you would expect to pay a commission after all that how these guys make a living-but when you consider that the initial payment taken was 4% and every payment since it makes you wonder what you are paying for.

I have been advised that if I had been getting regular advise then fairs fair but since it was opened it has never ever been mentioned-even though this advisor also sold me mortgages and life insurance.

I complained to Positive solutions who have taken nearly 4 weeks to respond and the response is we will get back to you in another 4 weeks to let you know whats going on, and only after I sent them an email giving them 7 working days to respond.

I will update this review with the outcome and possibly name the advisor as well to ensure the public are aware of whats gone on with this company Positive Solutions and there advisor.
