Would never ever use this company again. A total and utter farce from start to finish. Overpriced and poor service from start to finish. Would have been better arranging it myself, awful awful awful. AVOID

Neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr again!!!!! Well we used stagandhen and booked it almost 5 months before my hen party. Only to phone up the final day to pay the balance when we realised according to our invoice we owed £1443 but they said sorry we have changed it u owe £1871 wat a mess.. We have now had to cancel our flights as there is no other accommodation available in Newcastle at this time and are now having to go to Liverpool.. I wouldn't mind paying the dofferenxe but the principal of the matter is my invoice said a different balance I rang them up to discuss it to which I was told I was right.. Then they decide to change it..

Used this company twice now and they sort every thing out from start to finish and it has definitely taken the stress away from me, if I have to organise another hen party I will be using stag and hen for a third time. Thank you again! X

Not sure what all the bad reviews are below, but we had an absolutely brilliant, brilliant experience with Stag and Hen Newcastle. From initial planning to the actual night, we were well informed every step of the way. Accommodation was excellent for the prices, prices were excellent and the person I dealt with gave us the lowdowns on where to go and what to do and that resulted in us having the best weekend of our lives. Can NOT fault these guys and would strongly recommend them! Thanks again guys!

false promises as-well as shocking accommodation, rude unhelpful staff. Miss sold packages.

I recently arranged a stag do with this company and 10 weeks before the weekend the stag found out that his son was diagnosed with cancer. I called to cancel and under the circumstances asked for the deposit (£100) to be refunded or donated in full to a cancer charity. It wasn't about the money, more about the circumstances. I was simply quoated the T & C's. To be honest I was happy for them to cover their admin costs which at this stage is minimal and the rest donated but clearly they are just money grabbing. I would not recommend, simply on this disgusting response to an unavoidable situation. The couple are not even getting married for at least a further 2 years. Shocking response from any organisation. The coach company refunded in full.

We recently used stagandhen.co.uk for our Hen party b/b accommodation, please be aware to check your a/c and keep all relevant details,watch the esitimated numbers going, to the actual numbers, especially if the numbers are less, because we was charged for extra numbers that drop out, they was notified has stated on the booking letter to contact day before the full balance is taken from a/c, to make adjustments, it took several calls to get the amount credited. Also there is a credit card charge, they dont mention either. Once this was sorted it didnt stop us having a fantastic time the accommodation was excellent, clear, friendly and a marvelous choice of breakfast, well done to all, at the Bewick Hotel on Prince Consort road well worth a 5star rating. we enjoyed a pub meal /afternoon at The Glouchester Hotel and the night life at quaryside was busy. A Brill Trip to remember. 14/04/2011

Where do i start ??

The hotel was the wrong one we booked ! The company said they sent me an email saying they have changed it ? but no such email arrived! The 10 boys were not impressed at all !! this made me look a right plonker
We only saw the owners of the hotel once, and as for the nightlife cards everywhere we went to looked at us stupid when we handed them over !! the queue jump doesnt work because there are no queues, and if you did jump the queue with that card they would prob slap you for taking the mick! Did try and get some money back for ruining my best mates stag but NOTHING !! And i bet the good reviews on this site are from the company themselves !!
Other than that Newcastle is amazing place for a night out 120 Quid for a round of Jagerbombs went down well !

Don't go there its the worst service ever, i booked a trip for 14 people lap dancing and dog races. the lap dancing club was closed to public on the night we were supposed to be there Stagandhen hadn't booked it on our behalf they just supplied a consession card which can be bought on-line for a fiver. the door staf in the club were nice guys and even rang this company for us and advised that it was their first night open after a referb and was a invition only party. The hotel stagandhen was no better than a hostle 6 beds to a room. When we got back i tried to ring and complain and because in my frustration i had cursed on the phone the so called manager hung up

i recently got back from my hen night in newcastle,for us 12 girls that went we had such a great time,stag and hen are a friendly service and try there best to help you out when needed!!we were a little disappointed with the hotel we stopped in in but for the amount of time we were there it was fine and they did a lovely breakfast...my partner is also going though stag and hen for his stag do in a couple of weeks for him and 17 of his friend.
