Ani Pock is just a great place to chat, if you've never been there. . . for shame

It seems that the Ani Pock site falls victim to over ambitiousness and poor management. With only vague guidelines, no apparent organizational structure, little support and very few updates, Ani Pock feels like a wasteland. Where there lies potential there also lies laziness. Because of these factors I am giving ani-pock.net a 3 out of 10 for a good concept but a highly flawed delivery. On a side note, the actual community itself is fairly unfriendly for newcomers, with spammers occasionally invading the chat and no introduction to the site or how to use it as a whole.
