Hairdresser

We have been using Harry Thomas Hair in Marple Bridge,, Stockport for just over a year now. They are unisex hairdressers and myself and my husband get our hair done here. She is by far the best men's hairdresser or rather barber, my husband's hair looks fantastic, and Tom is just amazing at cuting and colouring - Our hair has never looked better! I was unsatisfied with the lack of care from staff and the end result was awful, a complaint was made and shrugged off, excuses made and no refund given, very poor service at top salon prices and they are very bad at dealing with complaints, I feel ripped off, upset and unhappy about this unprofessional service advertising differently.
