Dentist

I was looking for a dentist near me for my father who was suffering from toothache from past many days and that is when I came across Cave Creek Family Dentistry which was close to where I stayed. I took my dad to this place and the case was handled very well by the dental experts of this clinic. I am so happy that I took my dad to this dentist near me as they are the best in all respects. They have knowledgeable and skilful team of doctors and they have state of the art infrastructure and they make the patient feel very comfortable.

I was with this dentist for over 10 years no problem as a NHS client. They decided that they were wanting private patients. I declined. I had an appointment requested a day off as I work in a Hospital and do nights . 45 mins prior to appointment they said they had an emergency and unable to see me. I had already left home as of the distance . I then received a call saying that they could see me then . I had gone into town I informed them that I would make another appointment.

I was told later that I would not be their patient anymore as the receptionist said that I had sworn at her when they cancelled my appointment. It was lies. I never swore. I have been nursing for 24 years I am well aware of no the policies. This is purely down do the fact that they do not want NHS patients. I have since then joined a different dentist. The Dentist should not be able to reduce NHS patients by telling lies.

With my wife having been in pain for most of the night with a terrible toothache and sore and swollen gum I contacted Golden Acre Dental Practice first thing in the morning and was told that they could not see her as an emergency.

I explained to the receptionist that my wife was in pain and I of course would be willing to pay for her to be seen and undertake treatment, but it was reiterated to me that she could not be seen by any of the Dentists at the practice.If you ever have the misfortune of suffering from painful toothache and hope to be seen as an emergency by this practice please be aware that just like my wife they won't be interested in helping you.
