Order Cancelled
Saw a garmin gps at a very good price advertised on Nevisport.com. Rang the helpline to check it was a genuine deal and was told someone would ring back but no return phone call.
Rang the Manchester store and spoke to a sales assistant who checked with the store manager confirming this was a genuine deal but online.
Ordered the item online. Payment was taken.
Later that day received an email saying they had cancelled my order and refunded me as the price was a mistake.
I've replied as I had already had confirmation this was a genuine offer and am waiting for a reply.
I'll update this post when I receive a satisfactory outcome.

Ordered items, received refund notification shortly after from payment processor. No communication from vendor to advise order cancelled, no reply to email or telephone enquiries to check status of order. Avoid.
Good Stock, Appalling Returns Policy
Having brought many items from Nevisport over the past few years I recently had to return a defective item.
The item was 2 weeks old and had been worn twice. I fully expected the item to be replaced or my money refunded. I was denied this entitlement by the sales assistant and am currently in dispute with them.

Misleading Description
Purchased skis with bindings from their website.
Arrived promptly but the bindings were not fitted to the skis - came in a separate box with no instructions.
I have purchased skis from other online retailers who have fitted bindings for free.
No explanation or warning of this was present on their purchase page. It is only contained in their 'terms and conditions'. So now I need to pay extra to have the bindings fitted. The company offered to fit them if I took them to one of their stores. I live in London. Closest store is Leeds!!!! Poor, poor and very poor customer service.

Ordered A North Face Coat And Nevisport Immediatel
Ordered a North Face coat and Nevisport immediately took payment. Then got an email to say that the address for my card was wrong (never had a problem before). It had to match exactly. Phoned the bank to get the address, which included the floor my flat was on and emailed it to Nevisport. Got an email saying that my order would now be processed. Received another email (a week after initially ordering) to say that the coat was now out of stock. Pathetic. Their delay (even though they took the money out of my account) meant I missed out on the coat.. Not happy
