Please, Please DO NOT book with this company, Had flight cancelled April last year and have tried all ways to get a refund. They do not respond now and when they did at first all they said was they have applied for insolviency and cannot refund although still trading. I have even asked the EU consumer council for help who also inform me they have applied for insolviency. Read all reports, you will not get tickets or any refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENT.

they charged me in dollar instead of swed kr . that 6 times the price.

then when corrected i got more then 60 dollar less, back.

My sons which where going on an other fligt ,booked of T.A

would have missed the adjoining flight, if it whern't delayed.

there isnt a minus on the scale .if there was that is what they would get. Paid for a flight through them to fly with OLympic air. Olympic air changed the time and it wasnt suitable so had to cancel the flight. 7 months later terminal A still havent refunded the money. They say Olympic should pay us,Olympic say Terminal A never paid for the flight in the first place. Now they say they heve filed for liquidation! DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH TERMINAL A!

Unfortunately my flights to Finland were cancelled due to the volcanic ash problem. TerminalA refused to refund saying that they had filed for insolvency (they are still selling flights). It is now in the hands of my solicitors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

awful. booked with them got to the airport showed out tickets our booking didnt exist! still waiting for a refund and had to shell out a packet at the airport for new fllights plus wait anothr7 hours as the flight we thought we were on was full!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE GANGSTERS

My husband and a friend were booked today from Cyprus to Athens where they were meeting 4 others for a sailing holiday. Upon arrival in Larnaca, they were told (which since reading the reviews seems par for the course) that their E tickets were not valid, booked but not paid for. Long and short they have had to pay again. I received a call from my husband and have tried in vain to email and telephone both London and Spain and surprise, surprise - NOTHING. To say my husband is furious is an understatement and now has the bother of contacting the credit card company to try and retrieve the original payment. NO WE WONT BE RECOMMENDING TERMINAL A. If there is anyone to complain to we will do so.

I booked through terminal A in July 2009 for two return flights to Bangkok in Feb - April 2010. I was able to monitor the booking with checkmyticket, this was fortunate as in October the last leg of the return flight was suddenly cancelled with no other reference to me. I contacted them by e-mail (with difficulty) and was first told that I didn't need to do anything until 48 hours before the flight was due and then, when I pressed them to rectify the situation, told me to contact the airline direct. I made the point, as forcfully as I could, that my contract was with TerminalA and theirs was with the airline as they were actually paying the airline with the money that I had paid TerminalA back in July. I sent several e-mails to them and got a few back, all trying to pass the buck onto Malaysiaair until in December I told them that time was of the essence and if it was not sorted within a fortnight I was starting legal procedings in England and were they aware that legal judgements in England had been enforceable throughout the EU since 2008? They sorted it then, getting me the flights that I wanted! They still tried to say that from then on it was the responsibility of Malyaairlines if I had any problems, to which I replied that my contract was with them and I would have no hesitation in sueing them.

My flights went off without a hitch but that is the most unproffesional bunch of idiots I have ever been in contact with on the net. The sooner they are out of buisiness the better.

Just don't book your flights with them.

Any doubth or problem or enquiry, you won't be able to get in touch with anybody- I tried in vain to contact them to get hold of my e-ticket after having paid for it. I tried most of their offices- they just cut you off. If you try the chat sessions- it will either be unmanned or you'll have an automatic response saying ' Hi I'm 'X'. How may I help you' then you'll hear nothing else!!!!

I can't believe that I've been shafter- I already bought connecting flights tickets as well....

Their low prices - that's just a cunning plan to steal from people.

I booked 4 flights NIce to London with them on BA scheduled flights in the hieight of August. I paid about £40 each about three weeks before going. All other searches were coming up with crazy sums e.g. £1,950 to £ 285 min. The flights left on time. We could not believe our luck!
