Shopped at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. Staff very helpful in finding size required, not on display. Good choice of summer clothing. I rarely leave this store without a purchase. Clothes are always us a good fit and wash well. Good value for money on sale items.

Never go to work for this company because they find any excuse not to pay the workers.

The warehouse is poorly maintained, filthy and very messy.

They do not have a good general organization.

The products look good, but better to go to work many other places.

Or unless you want to work without being paid.

Crew Clothing have got too big for their boots. Yes they sell good clothes but their website checkout process does not inspire confidence to shop again. I ordered goods and had absolutely no confirmation of my order or that payment had been taken from my card. No emails - nothing. I sent an email to customer services trying to understand whether my order had gone through or not - only to be totally ignored - nearly a week later I'm at a loss. Quality products - but the business clearly can't keep up with demand. Their constant bombardment of email deals is also over the top - they have only ever served to annoy me that I've not waited longer for yet another discount on a particular item. Their prices go up and down like a yoyo so much that it makes you realise it's never worth paying the full published price. Nice clothes - shame about the rest of it.

I've been buying from Crew for over 3 years now (still I went into their store and subsequently joined their mailing list) and I have yet to have a bad experience of them.

If you're looking for very cheap clothes, then Crew will not be for you, but if you don't might paying a little more for quality clothes that are going to last then I couldn't recommend them enough.

Thinking back to first items I got from them (a Blue Rugby Shirt and a thick varsity hooded top), they are both still in my wardrobe, both still look great and because of the timeless nature of Crew clothes I still wear them all the time.
