We Stayed Happy And Went Home Sadly!
My husband and I stayed all inclusive 25 February to 1 March 2012. We were welcomed by friendly staff, told where we could get a snack until our room was ready and when we did get our room it was clean, tidy, with a balcony and a view of the outdoor pool. Sadly we had no tea making facilities but these were available with the hire of a kettle from reception and the purchase of necessary ingredients from the shop within the hotel.
Our food was good and we were very happy with the menu choices - those who weren't must expect Hilton food wor a lot less money and I doubt whether they would eat as well every day at home for the cost of their holiday.
All the staff were kind, polite and helpful and that also includes the Malta Expereience Rep as well the hotel Rep Joseph.
Our towels were changed daily, the beds made and the room cleaned which is better than can be expected in many other hotels around the world.
All inclusive did mean drinks with meals and the all inclusive bar staff really 'did their stuff' with the numbers of customers at the bar.
Whenever we asked for advice from staff we were helped whether it was regarding buses around the island or organised trips. Buses are the best way to see the island and a weekly ticket is very good value.
Sadly, a week is not enough to see everything but the trips whether they be the 'hop on, hop off' or a trip to Gozo are well organised and only marred by passengers going missing - thus causing everyione to wait for them - or the weather, which in our case was good with no rain and sunshine but a chilly wind, which can not be controlled by the hotel or its staff!
Thank you everyione for a most enjoyable stay, we will be back!
