Went online, signed up. Purchased credits. Wrote the text. Uploaded our database of numbers. But can't send as I first have to speak to a sales person. What is the point of online sign up then? During your office hours are our peak trading hours. Marketing and admin are done after hours. But you don't work then. So now I have to make a plan to suit you. When you're the supplier. Not impressed.

I use text marketer to reach a bulk of customers with the same message or a message which includes he same basic message but with specific details ie customer name, account details. All information is lifted from my database and is a relatively easy process. The reason I have given a 3 out of 5 is that I find about 20% of my sent texts fail to send but I still have to pay for them and I have no way of knowing why they didn't send.

On the front page of your website (why is the search box at the bottom of that really long page?) is the "Try out our cost calculator" form. What does the result from your cost calculator mean? When I type in 1000 in the box the result says 33.00 which I take to mean £33.00 (+ VAT) However when I purchased 1000 messages I was charged £37.00 (+ VAT) as I have been for a while. 1. Can I have a Price Match Guarantee against your calculator? 2. Can this be backdated for at least the current purchase if not all of my recent ones? 3. Having watched the Bond International webinar I found it a bit galling to find out their customers are getting a price of 2.5p per message. 4. Your website purchase system needs looking at - it hates Safari browsers. A prompt reply would be appreciated. The SMS service is actually really good

Very disappointed that all reasonable texts that make sense use up 2 credits, it would be better to just extend the word count. It is very difficult to compose a text with just 1 credit. Disappointed that you cant copy and paste into the text box. Difficult to import numbers to carry out multiple texts.

I think that your email and text messaging on the Financials side is premature and annoying. I opened my account on the 17th December and paid for a month. " weeks later I am bombarded with texts and emails saying if I don't pay my account will be suspended. Payment was not due for a further 14 days - please sort this out
