I can only advise to not book with them. There are plenty of trustworthy companies around. We booked with them and apparently the payment didn't go through, so they send us a request to pay again which resulted in both transactions going through. We obviously contacted them immediately to get a refund which they agreed to, however 3 weeks later we still haven't received our money back. They claimed that they refunded it but still after 11 days we haven't received anything. Stay clear of these people!

I had to give one star just to be able to post this review. In fact these guys only deserve a minus rating!

I ordered V.I.P transfer, they sent stinky ,dirty car, driver was smoking in the car 1.5 hours all the way to Hotel. I contacted to them, by phone and by email, after few days attempts finally someone spoke to me, very rudely said do whatever you want we will not refund your money.

Do not use these if you have a connecting flight. They will charge you again if your first flight is delayed so that you miss your connecting flight down.

We boarded the plane at Gatwick for our flight to Istanbul where we had to connect with a flight to Bodrum. Once on the plane, as airlines do, we were told we would be delayed an hour. This meant we would miss our connecting flight from Istanbul down to Bodrum. I tried to call Rain Transfers but, as often happens, I had no signal so I would have to wait until we arrived in Istanbul. Once in Istanbul I immediately found out the flight we would be on which was to be an hour after our planned flight and called rain transfers. This was over 2 hours before they would have expected to pick us up in Bodrum but their operator was most unhelpful and refused to amend the taxi. He said I would have to pay again for a new transfer. I initially agreed after much arguing to pay for a new transfer and that would be arranged. He called me back and asked for the payment but by then I had decided I would rather get a taxi from the airport than pay them any more money so I told them not to bother. On my return I contacted them and I have just been palmed off with rubbish and excuses. They said I contacted them after my planned flight left Istanbul but I sent them a call log to show it was 12 mins before that. They said they didn't have a car available at the new time but they had arranged one when I initially said I would pay again. For the record the return transfer was fine. He called the hotel to say he was going to be late and turned up soon after he said. To sum up do not use Rain Transfers for connecting flights as you will have to pay again if your first flight is delayed so that you miss your connection. And expect a load of rubbish if you try to get a refund or an apology once you return home. I wont be using them again. I'm in on line chat now and they are just full of rubbish. The latest one is 'maybe our workers gived you wrong information about our procedure'!! Whose fault is that I ask?

They took my phone.

I have been to turkey two times with hoppa transfers, this time I thought why not try a different company that has private transfers.

On the transfers from hotel to airport, family and I were taking pictures/ snapchat of the car.

The car had a tv, we clicked on the button to try it out. we couldn't manage to turn it on, so we put it back up the hinge came off.

The TV was being held on by some sticky tape like product already, we were very skeptical.

The driver turned around and shouted "you broke It, omg you broke it."

Tried explaining calmly that all we did was try turn it on, and since it didn't work, we put it back.

He replied back saying "you pulled it down, that's why it broke."

I was shocked by his response and tried explaining we didn't use force. He wouldn't have it, he told us we had to pay otherwise he will take us to the police station and we will miss our flight.

I called up raintransfers and explained the situation, they asked to speak to driver and then spoke to me saying, that I will have to pay otherwise we will miss our flight and that they are only the middle man then hung up.

We asked him to take us to the police station, but given that our flight will be leaving soon and anger. We could not reason with him, I had to give him my phone or have to pay him £150 to fix it.

I did not have the money so I gave him my phone.

Having read the other comments, it will be highly unlikely ill get my phone back. My family are in distraught.

It's absolutely shameful that they can even pull out this sham and that raintransfers will not do anything about it.

AVOID BOOK ELSEWHERE.

A waste of time do not turn up and always the time phoning because all they do is lie

I booked tranfer with them in Cyprus but they never turned up! waste of time.

First they took my money for a shuttle transfer on line then phoned to say the coach was full and suggested I pay £36 extra for a taxi which I agreed to. Ifvyge coachbis full it shoukdntvtake your money.On my return they said I had put the wrong date for pick up which I hadnt and said it would be another £15 as all their drivers were busy, he drove so fast in extreme stormy conditions all the way, the weather was so bad my flight was cancelled, as I was getting out at Dalaman he asked for a tip, there was no way I would have paid, I was scared I am 88 years old and was travelling alone - I must add that not much frightens me I have been travelling to Turkey for 20 years but this journey was terrifying, I would never use them again

Very good price for transfer from Dalaman airport to Marmaris, booked and paid a week before we travelled. On arrival at airport taxi driver was waiting with a board with our name on it, car was a new model, clean and the driver assisted with luggage and quickly got us to our hotel with no problems.

I confirmed our pick up time 24 hours before we left and the taxi arrived at our hotel exactly on time. Driver was very polite, helped with the cases and provided us with cold drinks and sweets on the safe and steady return journey to the airport.

All in all the whole experience was very good and based on this we would definitely use again.

We booked rain transfers for return travel from airport to hotel in sharm el sheik we waited for 45 min and no one turned up after phoning the number on the conformation told me they will be there. No show had to get taxi to hotel costing £20 also £16 on phone calls. They did pick us up and gave the £20 back but the stress and phone money I was still out of pocket.
