Ordered a settee & chairs from Woodpeckers-online in May should have been delivered in July, kept giving excuses as to why the manufacturer hadn't completed order and told would be another 2 weeks. Finally phoned manufacturer end of september and told order had not been made, would not be made and suggested I order via another retailer. Am now awaiting refund of my deposit.

I found Woodpeckers-online to be helpful and asked all the correct questions to make me make the correct choice. I had to wait 4 weeks for my table & chairs, but well worth the wait. They used a furniture delivery team, who carried it in and put it in place for me. Very well mannered. I found them extremely helpful and will use them again without question.

Woodpeckers-online.co.uk have a clear concise website with very competitive pricing structure. I attempted a test purchase from this company before committing too much to a large purchase. Failed delivery. Goods do not appear to be where they claim. On this occassion, unlike the claims on their website, goods were sent out via parcel force and not delivered by dedicated delivery teams.

Long delays in delivery.

Having chased Parcelforce to confirm delivery, have discovered that goods do not appear to have been dispatched.
