Do Not Trust This Retailer - Don't Be Fooled By A

DO NOT TRUST THIS RETAILER - don't be fooled by a professional looking site.

I placed an order beginning of May - was assured the products would be shipped asap. Still no lights end of may. After i made about 8 phone calls and them assuring me they would ring me back which they never did and when i eventually spoke to someone they said were having Internet problems - I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. It is now October still no refund. Hence have lost £80.00. I feel extremely cheated by this company.

Apparently they have changed ownership recently .... I wonder why?

I personally would buy elsewhere!

It is up to us consumers to warn others about these sort of companies.

Lighting - Direct

BEWARE. We bought various items and paid by credit card and the company has shut it's office and is not responding to any enquiries at all. Website is still active and I assume they are still taking payments. Now going through claimbacks from Amex and all that stuff. Waste of time, waste of money, and for all I know they have sold our credit card details on...BEWARE...Do not deal with Lighting - Direct. We have been burned and you have now been warned. Do Not Deal with Lighting - Direct. Just call the office number. You will see that this company is no longer supplying goods but is still taking people's money.

I found this review very helpful because...It is true I have also lost money through this rogue trader. DO Not give them your business they will take your money and will not honour your purchases. I rang countless times and they said they were having Internet problems however didn't seem to have problems taking my money! I have lost over 80.00 have not received a refund in 4 months consequently have lost my money!

It is up to us as consumers to protect other people from companies like this.
