Went To Portugal Booking Direct With Aldi. Everyt

Went to Portugal booking direct with Aldi. Everything went like clockwork. Could not fault it at all. Hotel, flights and transfers, all excellent value for money.

Only grumble now is, want to book again with them but what has happened to www.Alditravel - All I can get now are linked sites.

If you know the answer would love to hear it.

We Went To Majorca For A Week Through Aldi Travel

We went to Majorca for a week through Aldi travel and it was fantastic! Not the most modern of hotels but it was clean, the food was great and the entertainment was really good. It was a 3 star hotel, however I would have put it at 4 star. The flights were spot on with no delays and on the whole I'd say 9 out of 10 for the whole experience.

went to sharm in egypt in july 10 to sultan gardens aldi advertised as 5 star more like 3 star dirty room, hole in bath, camp beds for kids in studio room, dirty pool and caught cleaner looking though our bags on first day! bad hotel should be able to trust star rating off your holiday company

My Wife And I Have Just Returned From Crete Booked

My wife and I have just returned from Crete booked thru Aldi Travel. This is the second holiday with the company and we can't fault the sevice or attention given. Indeed my wife had omitted to request airport transfer but when she phoned to check some details the staff noticed this and and it was sorted. We honestly can't speak highly enough of the Agency and tell all our friends to use Aldi Travel - including the staff at our local Aldi Supermarket!

Booked A Holiday Through Aldi Travel Last Septembe

Booked a holiday through Aldi travel last September, no longer trading as same company, they did not inform us of changes to our flight correctly. Due to fly out on April 17th but did not due to volcanic ash. Only just had the accomodation cost refunded, I am still waiting for them to give me the flight money from Easy jet for 6 people. They do not answer any of my emails, absolutely atrocious service.

Booked Holiday To Sharm, Arrived At Airport To Be

Booked holiday to sharm, arrived at airport to be informed flight had closed and we had missed it. Aldi had sent us flight times that were 20 minutes later than the actual time. We had to transfer our flights (next one was the following day and at a diffrent airport). We lost a whole day of our holiday. It may be cheap but its not worth it, wouldn't suggest this travel group, perhaps a good job they no longer provide holidays?

This Was The First Time I Had Booked A Full Holida

This was the first time I had booked a full holiday through the net. I was very impressed everything went like clockwork could not find anything wrong at all. when we landed at paphos airport we had to look for our name being posted I expected having to search and ask people but there it was, we had to wait about 5 minutes for the taxi to arrive but their rep kept us well amused. The hotel was small and friendly and very clean towels etc. changed daily. The return taxi trip was spot on time. The experience gave me confidence to book with Aldi Travel again and not be shy about booking online again. I wish I had known it was so easy and dependable before.

I Have To Say That We Have Just Come Back From A W

I have to say that we have just come back from a weeks stay in Egypt - we booked through Aldi Travel in October - it was really striaght forward and easy. I emailed a query about a week before we went re the transfers and they replied immediately.

The reps were there to transfer us to the hotel and give us details of when and where to see the rep.

I have to say that I cannot fault them and would have booked another holiday through them without any second thoughts.

What Can We Say About Aldi Travel ,,,well For 12 Y

what can we say about aldi travel ,,,well for 12 years myself and up 20 odd friends have had holidays together and always been able to sort any problems so on boxing day just passed we were all flying to sharm in egypt booked flights ,transfers hotels all through aldi yet when flyglobespan went burst a week before our holiday it turns out we havent got a package holiday as were led to beleive in fact they tell us nothing ,,only to contact our supplier failure insurance that wedidnt even know we had which is in fact not legal to add in unless you ask for it,,,,anyway aldi travel did nothing so please pay a bit extra and get a company who care were still fighting for money back and could take months stay away is good advice its a disgrace they wouldnt even talk to us properly and dont care,,personally thats my opinion thanks
