Was looking to buy an item at around £80 late one evening. Didn't have my card on me so left it in my basket and first thing in the morning went to make the purchase. Surprised to find it had increased overnight by £5.00. When I rang to query I was told the price had gone up at 1am?? The manager wouldn't honor the slightly lower price so I bought elsewhere. What a fiasco !!! Started ok but son ordered wrong size so had to return for exchange. This wasn't simple as had to phone and email three times to get returns form emailed to me. No free returns so had to pay for that. Then although I had asked for an exchange they refunded me. On asking during yet another call I was assured they had refunded me and not exchanged !! “Took to long”

I think taking 2 weeks to get someone a coat that is made in Britain by a British company is to much. I could have walked to the manufacturer and picked it up then walked back quicker...and I live in the North of Scotland. Poor service and will never use again. Also, when I called customer services to say my coat had not arrived I was left feeling stupid for "not checking the delivery dates". Ordered an item, paid for express delivery. Didn't arrive. Phones customer services, just blamed Royal Mail and weren't all that bothered about letting me down. Even have to wait for Royal Mail to send the good back to OutdoorGB before they'll initiate my refund.. 2-3 days to send it back 5-7 days for the money to go back on my card!!
