This is a really easy to follow cookbook for vegetarians, the variety of recipes is suburb, ranging from soups, stews, pizza, pasta, Indian cuisine, paella - the list goes on! The recipes are delicious and the best thing is is that they are all low in weight watchers points! The measurements are given in American which is a little disappointing but all you need to do is get yourself a set of measuring cups and non metric scales! Another down side is that there are no desserts included in this book!
