When I First Started Hosting With Gazzin (about 4
When I first started hosting with Gazzin (about 4 years ago) they provided an acceptable service. Site availability was consistently high and they were quick to address any issues.
However, things have deteriorated, particularly over the last 6+ months. The frequency of outages increased to the point (Fab/Mar 2010) that my sites went down for at least 15 minutes nearly every day. Each time I contacted the support team I was told that they had "fixed the problem" and everythiong would be fine in future ... until the sites went down the next day!
Eventually they moved my sites to a different server and that did mean that my sites were enjoying more uptime. But, they have still been down for 3 of the past 14 days (for over 2 hours yesterday!).
However, what has been even worse is that ever since the sites were moved to the new server (about 3 weeks ago) some software on that server is deleting incoming emails. It seems to me that it is anti-spam software that is not working properly. It took Gazzin two weeks to provide me with message logs that proved the problem was in their software. Since then I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to get them to fix the software. They are uncommunicative and they have allowed the problem to drag on far longer than is acceptable.
I recommend that you choose an alternative hoster. And, if you find a good one, please let me klnow who they are so that I can move my sites there too!

I was with them since Feb 2008.
Earlier this year they changed servers but I had site problems. It turned out they hadn't installed mod_rewrite on the new servers. I contacted them and as usual never got a straight reply but a few days later they installed mod_rewrite and all my sites worked again.
Last month (June 2011) they had been having lots of server problems so moved to a new server. This time, however, in spite of numerous request from me to install mod_rewrite, they didn't and, consequently, my sites haven't worked properly since so I have now moved to a new host.
I would advise NOT to use Gazzin as their customer 'service' is virtually non-existant!

Generally I wanna say some words about gazzin because I have been dealing with this decent web hosting provider for about 5 months and this company meets all my expectations. I do not have any problem with them, didn't see any downtime with my site. Their server speed is relatively fast and my visitors don't wait for hours when the page will be uploaded. Their support was also very helpful in the few issues I had. This guys know how to keep everything working.
