“Miss selling ”

The haven website is very misleading when booking caravans, they put silver category caravans on the seafront and call them the signature category. When we booked the signature caravan, it shows us the gold category caravans. Miss selling at its finest. We arrived into our caravan and found the sofa was absolutely filthy, grabby and dirty. The beige carpet had all grime dirt marks in areas. It felt very grubby. I demanded to be moved to the signature caravan I actually booked, We had to pay an extra £80. The caravans are so close together, you can hear the neighbours talking in the next caravan, ended up paying £350 for 4 nights. No cleaning products, no tea towels. No soap and one toilet roll for a family.
