For the past 15 years we have stayed almost every year in the Baker'sChest Hartburn Morpeth NE61 4JB and were always more than satisfied. I was shocked when I read the review from Kaylie27, since it has nothing to do with reality!
We are guests from Germany and certainly would not have ever come back if that were the case.
The Cansdales are very nice people, have very high standards of propriety,they are even prepared to serve tea late at night in the very comfortable setting room, although there would have been facilities in the room upstairs.
We had good breakfasts and chats, everything is clean and we will be back next year at the same time!

I was lucky because I had a holiday with my family. We rented 2 apartments in the same house in the center of Berlin in the district Prenzlauer Berg. We did not need too much time to see all sightseeing. This apartment was well equipped, furnished and very clean. The important point was the location and the good service. At first I was nervous because I have never booked an apartment from internet. And also I had to pay something in advance and did not know what I will receive. But then the contact persons were very kindly and helpful and answered all our questions. I truly recommend this for everyone for having a good holiday. I definitely recommend it.
