well what can I say. From the Manageress down, these girls go above and beyond, to make sure every little query is dealt with in the most professional and speedy way. Within seconds of my initial phone call, which may I say was handled brilliantly by Bernice, my queries had been sorted and an outing we were planning had been expertly dealt with. Can highly recommend to everyone wanting a speedy, polite, efficient experience. Use the best and you will get the best.

“Hotel Logamonte Alcudia”

Just returned from a fantastic week staying at the Logamonte hotel, Alcudia. I cant recommend the hotel enough. The rooms were clean, spacious, and expertly attended. All of the staff were friendly and helpful The food and the organisation in the restaurant was the best we have encountered on an all inclusive holiday, simply 5 star. The entertainment ensured adults and children alike were catered for. Superb holiday, thank you Tui. Looking for next year already. Best wishes

I have just returned from cala font hotel cap salou and enjoyed every minuet of it . the hotel was excellent and special thanks go to the young lady who looked after us. i mean of course the Tui rep she was wonderful nothing was too much trouble and would strongly recommend her for rep of the year well done and thanks T U I for a wonderful holiday.just a small point not good for people with walking problems

“flight to lapland saturday 3rd december 2016”

on Saturday 3rd December we had a family day trip to Lapland.the whole day was an amazing experience that we will never forget,but what made it great was the cabin crew that looked after us outbound and the same cabin crew on the return flight.they never stopped looking after us the whole time over 3 hours each way with nothing to much trouble.they built conversation with all the passengers and made it really special for all the children with games and entertainment.thankyou for making us feel so welcome on board!

“Can't Beat Thomson'/”

I am writing this review because I feel that Thomson Holidays although not the cheapest but the best. We have just returned from the Hotel Rocamarina in Cala'dor MAJORCA and I would recommend this hotel to anyone for its cleanliness location and fantastic staff. Also the resident duo Alter Ego were fantastic. Also all the Thomson staff were amazing. The flight over was good the flight home was excellent lovely cabin crew, informative flight deck. This is my third holiday to this hotel this year, and I will certainly be going again in 2017. Keep up the good work Thomson's. Kind regards

“brilliant all inclusive ”

On the 1st June myself, my husband and three children aged 2, 9, 10 stayed for 10 nights in Menorca at the Mestral and Llebieg apartments in Santo Tomas. This was our first holiday for about 5yrs. We booked our holiday in the Waterlooville branch with a young lady. She couldn't have been more helpful, she explained everything very well and had been to our resort a couple of weeks previously so was very knowledgeable about the island and resort. Through out our visits to the branch to make payments and ask questions all staff were very helpful especially Martina. Our airport and flight experience was very good. We were greeted at the airport in Menorca very promptly and our transfer was short and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mestral and Llebieg apartments. our apartment itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed. the pool areas were always clean and staff were welcoming. We always found the food hot, fresh and varying at the breakfast and evening buffets. unfortunately the only thing that wasn't so nice was the quality of burgers and sausages at the lunch time buffet at the Mestrel bar. My older children visited the kids club and they had a brilliant time. i also spent some time in the kids club with my 2yr old at the parent and toddler session. all the reps were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainments crew with prides of Tommy Tomster and Captain were absolutely amazing. Both always had smiles on thier faces, always friendly and welcoming. They both always went above and beyond to include each child. Both are an absolute credit to Thomson. We will defiantly be booking to go back to Menorca again and will defiantly book with Thomson. brilliant service on all aspects of our holiday, many thanks to your company and staff that were involved.

The whole process was great from beginning to end. So easy. Would definitely recommend. All the staff we encountered from The shop, to the cleaners, waiters, bar staff, admin team and our Rep in the hotel were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was lovely, modern, clean and very welcoming. Our room had air conditioning and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever encountered. My only minor disatisfaction would be the freezing cold indoor spa pool. A few degrees of heating would make it a lot more attractive.

We have been staying at the Rey Dom Raime in Santa Ponsa in Majorca for many years, it's been just an O.K hotel. What a lovely surprise this year, it has been revamped, modern, lovely roof top pool and beds. Friendly staff, reception staff very helpful and friendly. I had planned my second trip with girlfriends and felt very happy I had chosen such a lovely hotel, which they loved. A once gift of a bottle of wine and fruit was sent to my room thanking me for visiting again. Food very good with lots of choices each evening.

“PROTUR PLAYA - CALA MILLOR (COUPLES HOTEL) - MAJORCA”

STAY: 30th June to 7th July 2015 This hotel as superb, the choice of food was amazing for Breakfast and evening meal. The prices of food and drink were quite reasonable in the Hotel. The room was excellent (we upgraded to Superior. Staff were always friendly and smiling and attentative. The pool area was breath taking as was the chill-out area. The entertainments Manager (Reiss Meister)was fantastic, doing his best to ensure everyone had a great holiday. Could not find any fault with the Hotel and would highly recommend it. Couples of all ages mixed together well. Only drawback was on the plane coming home (we used assistance) it was chaos with other passengers getting on the plane the same time as the disabled - it was chaotic. When we used with Easy-Jet they were excellent, as they allowed passengers with assistance to board the plane before all other passengers, which then made it easier for the other people to get to their seats. Then when getting off the plane assistance were last off, as you would expect. Over all the holiday was excellent - I would award it 6 stars!

“Simply the BEST”

Wow, what can't I say about this resort. Just returned after 2 weeks from 2nd to 16th July 2014 to the Sirenis Aura. From the time I arrived at the resort to boarding the aircraft 2 weeks I couldn't find anything to complain about. The Staff on the Reception Desk were extremely friendly and happy to help in any way they could. The room was big, bright, airy and clean. Bedding changed every 2 days and towels changed daily. Rooms serviced every day except Monday. Plenty of sun beds around the pool and the 4 pools were suitable for all guests to enjoy a swim or just to cool off. The Waterpark is fantastic for the children and adults and well manned with Lifeguards. Every evening and early morning the whole area was washed down and cleaned ready for the next day. The Restaurant was absolutely incredible with so much variety to please everyone. Breakfast:- Bread freshly baked daily and a wide variety of different types of bread from white, wholemeal, seeded, and all different kinds of rolls. Cereals from sugar puffs to muesli to porridge to name a few. Cooked breakfast if you so desire and freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes. A Continental Breakfast is also available if preferred. Soya dishes available. Lunch:- All different salads, fruit and hot food available including meat and freshly cooked fish. Dinner:- a wide variety of food from curry to steak, to fresh fish. Jacket potato and an amazing variety of fresh vegetables available. If you have a sweet tooth the desserts and ice-creams are to die for. Also available are fresh fruit, chocolate fountain and cheese. Hygiene is second to none and hand wash available when you enter and exit the dining room. The Snackbar is available from 10:00-18:00 providing pizzas and an a wide variety of freshly cooked food so nobody needs to go hungry. The Bar Staff are amazing especially Marina, Mercedes, Estefanja, Oscar, Marisa, Soranya and Laura. They are all very friendly, pleasant and can't do enough to help you and very attentive so you don't have to wait too long for them to serve you at your table as well as at the bar. The Thomson Staff are amazing especially the Kids Club Staff:-Jaffa Cake Jordan, Jammy Jess, Mitchelin Man, Wig Wam Sam, Danner Kebab, Diva Dan, Sunshine Sammy. They work tirelessly with the children and provide a fun environment for the children. The Entertainment Staff:- Josh, Annie and Ashley are lovely and work so hard providing entertainment around the pool and on the stage in the evening for the children and grown ups. The Reps Alex and Emily are always on hand and very helpful. The Photographers Maddalena and Alexis take breathtaking photographs. They are the best photographers I have ever met so make sure you bring plenty of money with you. So as you can see this is a perfect place to go on holiday and believe me I have been to many places in the world and this ranks number 1 in my book. I definitely will come back. Thank you Thomson and The Sirenis for a wonderful, wonderful 2 weeks.

“great holiday in palma nova in santa lucia hotel”

Brian & Jean from Stoke-on-Trent Went to the Santa Lucia hotel in Palma Nova Majorca at the end of August. Had a really good holiday,the hotel was ideally situated for both Palma Nova and Magaluf.Read some reviews that said long waiting times for drinks if you are all inclusive. As we were all imclusive I would say I waited no longer for drinks than in a busy pub at home or a busy bar abroad. I found most of the staff friendly and helpful,obviously as with back home not everyone serving was full of the joys of spring but this is the same anywhere. We found the food very good and although repetetive there was generally a good choice. The only downside for me at the hotel was the price for a safe which at 61 euros for 10 nights is more like extortion than a reasonable price. That said we are going back again next year and will again pay for a safe.. Overall though good value for money.

JUST RETURNED FROM A WEEK AT CONCA PARK SORRENTO. THERE WAS FOUR OF US IN THE PARTY.WE HAD ADJOINING ROOMS AS REQUESTED WITH A CLIFF VIEW.EXELLENT ROOMS VERY SPACIOUS.LARGE BALCONIES.CLIFF VIEW NOT A PROBLEM.3 HOURS OF HOT SUNSHINE EVERY AFTERNOON. ENTRANCE TO THE HOTEL WAS VERY INSPIRING UP A LONG TUNNEL, AND IF YOU WERE NOT FOR WALKING IT, THERE WAS A BUGGY TO TAKE YOU UP.PLENTY OF ROOM EVRYWHERE BIG LOUNGES,SITTING AREA OUTSIDE IN THE GARDENS,SWIMMING POOL AREA LOOKED GOOD BUT DID NOT USE .DINING ROOM WAS EXELLENT,WITH FLEXIBLE EATING TIME BETWEEN6.45AM TO 9.00AM FOR BREAKFAST AND 7.00PM TO 10.OOPM.ALL FOOD WAS BUFFET STYLE FOR BREAKFAST AND DINNER.EXELLENT CHOICE OF FOOD.OMLETTE FRIED EGGS BACON SAUSAGES AS WELL AS ITALIAN STYLE BREAKFAST ALL FRESHLY COOKED WHILE YOU WAIT.DINNER WAS THE SAME PLENTY OF MEAT AND VEG AS WELL AS SALADS PLENTY OF CHOICE FOR EVRYONE.SWEETS WERE TO EVERYONES TASTE.STAFF ALL VERY PLEASANT.WE HAVE BEEN TO SORRENTO QUITE A FEW TIMES OVER THE YEARS,BUT OUT OF THEM ALL THIS WAS THE BEST. “timanfaya palace lanzarote”

We have just returned from the timanfaya palace hotel lanzarote. One little complaint first. We asked for a room with a garden view but got a room that you could view down to from the garden, which we were a bit miffed about. But we can honestly say it didn't affect our holiday. The actual room itself was lovely and it was cleaned every day, the hotel was superb, the facilities are great, the pool area is very good , the cafe and restaurant are lovely, in fact everything about the place is superb, we went all inclusive and were shocked at what was available to us. But the one thing that made this holiday that little bit extra special was the magnificent and friendly staff, the entertainment team were good , but the waiters and waitresses were made us feel like they were there just for us and always had a smile on their faces and were so polite and were also willing to have a laugh with you. All in all we absolutely loved our stay and will be going back there next year for 2 weeks

we would like to thank thomson for the excellent cruise which we have just had on the thomson MAJESTY.EVERYTHING about the cruise was 100%.WE found the ship to be very nice INDEED. we had an outside plus cabin which i strongly RECCOMMEND.THE service which we had from all the crew was FAULTLESS.THEY were all very friendly and could not do enough for YOU.THE food was very good as so was the ENTERTAINMENT, we enjoyed all the shows and we would like to congartulate all the entertainment TEAM.WE did the adriatic explorer and italian flavours itineries and they were both EXCELLENT.WE found evry port of call very nice and we liked them ALL. once again thank you very MUCH.WE are looking forward to our next cruise with thomson next year which we have already booked & are going on the thomson CELEBRATION. incidentaly this was our 6TH cruise with thompson and have been pleased every TIME.ONE last thing we would like to say is that evryone we spoke to during the cruise all agreed with us in saying what an excellent time we were HAVING. We went to Menorca and stayed in the Hotel Castell Playa which is a Thompson Gold Hotel. We had an amazing time, flights and transfer was great we were in the hotel by lunch time, room was ready on arrivel which was great, we un packed went and had lunch and by 2pm were sat on a sun bed by the pool.The staff in the catell playa work so hard and are very friendly they also speak very good english they cannot do enough to make your stay with them perfect. The food in the hotel is first class theme nights each night mexican evening was fantastic, there is a wide variety of choice. We had the fully inclusive offer when we booked the holiday so drinks and food was flowing constantly. Bar staff come to the pool side so you dont have to move if you want a drink and during the course of the holiday get to know what you would like. Rooms are lovely and cosy Bathrooms all have a spa bath and are kept spotless. Thompson reps and enterainment staff Mel & Paul were great they worked hard to provide first class entertaiment. Thank you Thompson we really enjoyed our holiday and would definatley have a return vist to the Castell Playa.

“We love thomson”

We went to Kefalonia this year with Thomson and were really please with the whole experience. Its been a while since we used a package holiday firm. We started to book our flights and hotels seperately some years ago as that was the cheaper option but as Kefalonia is quite specialist we decided to take a package holiday this year and we rae pleased that we did. The flight was great and it was nice to get off the plane knowing that the tranfer to the hotel was taken care of. This was great for us as last time we went away to Barcelona the taxi from the airport cost nearly as much as the holiday! The accommodation was exactly as the brochure described and we had a great time with the kids. We have had a bad experience in the past with another TUI firm First Choice but guess that could have been a one off as Thomson were great.

I had to make an amendment to a holiday 1 1/2 days after booking in which I accrued £100 penalty. I have my amended invoice and it looks as though I have also lost the £150 off offer? What should I do?

I have selected my seats with more space going to Jamaica via the call centre (this is January 2018) I have received a confirmation email showing selected seats. Will this be honoured at check in as it's 180 days to departure?... why is it stated seat selection on line is a shorter time when I was able to do this today. ( 29/7/ 2017) ?

I've just received my confirmation for my holiday April 2015 and it says I have to check in online. I've never done that and like to check in at the airport. I was wondering if I can do that still?

It depends if you are travelling with Thomson Airways themselves or with Norwegian Airways. If with Thomson, then you do need to 'check in' online prior to your holiday. If you are flying with Norwegian Air (who Thomson use for some of their flights), I don't believe you can check in online and you have to do it at the airport. Do make sure that, if you are flying with Thomson that you do check in prior to the airport, it only takes a few minutes to do and they could prevent you from going if you don't bother to do it.

I was in a party of 4 who booked in on line, we were told how easy it was as all we would have to do when we arrived at the airport was to take our bags to the "Bag Drop" This turned into a nightmare and we all missed the flight. Thomson employee gave us the wrong information, which resulted in the missed flight We wrote and complained to Thomson who dismissed it out of hand as we were not in the Airport 2 Hours before departure.To save the Holiday we had to take an alternative flight and stand the cost. Watch the bag drop, it is not what it implies. (certainly at Manchester Airport) it can and does take a long time to get through even though you have done most of the work by booking in on line. THOMSON ONLY SEEM TO WANT THE MONEY BUT NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF LOOKING AFTER ITS CUSTOMERS. They do not seem to understand " Duty of care"
