Premier Airport Cars, London

Not impressed, late for my airport pick up, didn't inform me about the card surcharge, didn't answer my cancellation email and taxi still did turn up. The driver was rude to me over the phone. I will never use them again.

We used this company to go into London, no problems. On the way back, even though the route was the same and the price was agreed prior, they sent us a bigger car and made us pay more stating that there was too much luggage. In fact there was much less luggage than when we went into London. The driver kept insisting on a higher fare which we had to pay in the end. We tried to call the next day to complain and they just made more excuses. When I said that you had an unhappy customer and I was going to write a review the man said "I'll just get it removed" !

Do not use this company.

I have used these guys a few times and they are really good value for money. Much cheaper than Addison Lee and you still get the nice cars and good service.The drivers are friendly and really know wheere they are going which is good. I have recommended them to friends and they have been happy with them too.
