I was searching around the internet for a service which could provide me with a campervan for hire, but not at the extreme prices I had seen around. I happened to stumble across Discover however, and since then I have never looked back.

I rented the Luxury 3/4 Berth Campervan for a week away with my family and this vehicle allowed me to do this in style,with a range of features and a great layout I had a holiday to remember.

I would like to thank Discover for the service they provided to me and my family,I highly recommend their services to all of my friends.

Good customer service experienced here, the awning i wanted the Starcamp Contempo Porch awning was unfortunately out of stock until later this month. The lady at the contact center was very helpful and knowledgeable about awnings in particular. I'm new to caravaning and we got chatting about what might be better for me. In the end i was convinced to by a new outdoor revolution full awning, the new england model, 4 days later it was on my porch! and i am very happy with it indeed.

It was a nice clean easy site to use, no particular thrills and straight forward navigation. The best thing however was the sheer range of awnings! they have loads, now i'm no expert but there seemed to be more than enough top suit anybodies situation.

I came across this website by chance, while searching the internet for a Tent (Outwell Idaho XL). I had not heard of them before and took a chance by ordering with them. They were offering the tent at the lowest price I had seen it anywhere, about £100 cheaper in fact. Now usually I steer clear of the "If it looks too good to be true" type of offers, but I took a calculated gamble and it paid off big time.

I ordered it over the phone as opposed to on-line, as I wanted to check it's availability. The number of times i've ordered on-line and been sent an e-mail later stating "Not in stock" despite being shown in stock on the site, is amazing.

This was on Wed morning 7/1/09 and it was delivered on Thurs 8/1/09 in mid afternoon. I was astonished as I was expecting a 3 to 5 day delivery time, if delivered at all! (Born cynic).

It was what I ordered, correctly packaged, complete and in excellent condition. (Genuinely brand new) Unbelievable in this day and age. To say I was gobsmacked is an understatement, in fact I still can't quite believe it.

In short I would use them again without hesitation and hope that other people have the same experience as me if they use them. Other internet retailers take note!

I have given them 10 out of 10, because I can find no fault or even trivial criticism to knock them for. It is hard to maintain a 10 out of 10, but keep trying DISCOVER.
