For - Really clear sound, no interference unlike the previous 3 sets of baby monitors we have tried, I cannot fault the sound quality. Easy to use. Handy features like - keeps an eye on the temp in babys room.
Against - We are now on our 3rd replacement plug/power lead adaptor. We have not been hard on them, both the parents and the babys side have stopped working. One side is plugged in and set up all the time so its not even getting handled much.
The 1st one was replaced by BT under warantee, unfortunatly thats now out so we will have to buy them ourselves. Luckily they seem readily available, I guess I'm not the only to need replacements.
I would recommend these on sound quality, if they would just sort out the power adapter plugs! They would be the best monitors Ive tried.
Overall 7/10

I Wouldnt Recommend This Monitor To Anyone, As I B
I wouldnt recommend this monitor to anyone, as I bought a BT digital 150 monitor 14mths ago. The monitor worked well for the first year and then different parts became faulty. Because I had the monitor just over a year the manufacture or shop would not repair nor replace the item. Therefore I have been left with no monitor and now have to buy a brand new one myself. I have heard that other companies have a better customer care policy and therefore will be using them.

I Bought This After Having A Plug In The Wall Type
I bought this after having a plug in the wall type which was awful with so much interferance. I found this excellent, easy to use and uncomplicated, no interferance at all. Easy to take away with you, comes with storage bag.
Not found anything I don't like about it. Its a good night light and Temp moniter for babies room, It put my gro bag egg out of service! Good to be able to control night light and tunes sensitivity and volume without having to go in the room. Would definatly recomend this product.

If I Could Give This 0/5 I Would. I Have Been Usin
If I could give this 0/5 I would. I have been using this for 4 months. It has stopped getting a link from the baby unit to the parent unit. There was no warning - while my baby was sleeping it just decided to show a flashing green light instead of a permanent green light. The temp no longer displays because of the loss of link, and no sound comes through. He had been crying for a while when I realised as he was very red faced when I got there. I contacted BT by email - no response. I tried the number that comes on the box - I rang for 20 minutes and 15 minutes before being cut off without an answer. Absolute rubbish - since then I have looked for other reviews and found hundreds of other people have had the same issue - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I Bought The Bt 150 Baby Monitor Recently After Re
I bought the BT 150 baby monitor recently after reviewing many others and I'm glad I did. The interface on both the parent unit and baby unit are easy to understand and the provided instructions are straight forward. The sound quality from the baby unit is fantastic and the sensitivity can be adjusted if needs be meaning that if your baby is a heavy breathing sleeper, you'll only be woken when he/she cries out loud.
A recent review I read before purchasing this product said that the units tend to overheat. I personally have had no such problem as yet, but it's early days so can't make a comment on this.
The unit comes with a lullaby feature which has worked great so far. The great thing with this is that you can control the lullaby from another room remotely using your unit without having to disturb the baby if he/she wakes. You can do the same with the built in orange light which has also worked wonders.
If you prefer, you can turn down the volume completely and use the lights and vibration mode on the parent unit to gauge the noise level but why, I'll never know. The joy I've had from listening to my daughter sleeping is better than most other things I've heard in a long time.
I have also found one other nice feature which I have tried and tested. The AUX feature....Have an ipod or MP3 player? Plug it into the baby unit and play your choice of music remotely from your own room. The only downside I found is that you can't control the actual playlist without access to the MP3 player which is fine, providing you leave it on shuffle.
Many people will ask the question, as I did. Do I need video playback? This is a matter of preference and the budget you have to spend. Some of the cheaper models....£60, £70 do have the video feature but whether or not they're any good, who knows? I am happy with my decision and can can happily recommend it.

We Bought This For My 91 Year Old Mother In Law.
We bought this for my 91 year old mother in law. We needed one quickly and read the review on Argos. web site. We found the units easy to set up and operate and have been impressed with the quality of the sound. Usually special features put me off on the basis that they are an additional unnessesary complications. With this unit the night light and temperature monitor are very useful. Early days but so far excellent.
