I have been using sitebuilder for over 3 years now, and run a small business. As the business started to expand i realised the need for more websites including the e-shop features to sell our items. I now run 4 websites through sitebuilder and maintain them and update on a daily basis, but you can update it as often as you want. There are lots of features to use with your website aswell, perfect for beginners and also for people who have a little more experience as you can also insert HTML coding to suit your needs. You will always have support aswell. If i ever have a problem (not very often) i simply email the team and generally get a response within the hour and will do everything they can to help. Overall the sitebuilder experience for me has been fantastic, and i do not believe the business would be as succesful as it is today without the sitebuilder websites.

I recently moved from another website creator to Sitebuilder DIY and it's made such a difference. My previous website wasn't really search engine friendly and it was difficult to update and get it to look exactly how I wanted it to. I'm yet to encounter any of these problems with Sitebuilder DIY. It's been like a breath of fresh air and when I've needed help I've just picked up the phone and spoken to someone, no ticketing system an actual person. The entire editing system is drag and drop and it's not live editing either so the changes go live when I want them to. I really like how easy it is to do all of the SEO related to my site. They provided me with information on how to do this which was Free.

Just thought i would write a review for Sitebuilder . I have been with them for nearly 5 years and I have to say I am happy and delighted with the service and the treatment I have had from thier very knowledgble and helpful staff . I am not very techie at all and I am sure I have tried their patience on numberous times with my questions. My webiste was very easy to build and again there was always someone on the end of a phone if I needed them . I wish I had known a bit more about seo and how it would take to get listed on google but never mind - I know a lot more now. would definately reccomend

I am Amazed at how easy and simple it is to use i have had so many phone calls that the website is producing it has been amazing. I also have recently produced another version of my website again using sitebuilderdiy. If you want an easy to use and search friendly website then look no further. After 1 hours work you can produce high quailty web pages and simple keyword input and your ready to go. High class glossy images are easy to load and its all explained so no need to be a webmaster. I tried a couple of sites before I came across this one, it is very easy to build your site with this sitebuilderdiy but when I did need help, and this happened quite a lot simply because I had never built a website before and did not understand everything, I would ring and speak to Elaine and she was great. Never minded how many times I called and if I could not do it, she would do it for me. I would suggest that you forget the rest and go with this, no card payment up front, no pressure, just 30 days to build your website, I did it in 28 and I am very happy with the results

I reviewed many packages before opting for Sitebuilder DIY and am so glad I took the right decision. I signed up for the free 30 day trial and when I didn't quite finish my site in time I was given a two week extension without any problem - all I had to do was send a short email request. When choosing my web page i tried every package to see if was suitable for my needs and couldn't find any with a template that is nice and simple but looks good. With Site Builder I did not only do i like the products the staff are on hand every way. I have been experiencing problems with my domain provider to transfer it across and Chris gave alot of support on how to handle my current provider. Site builder is just brilliant. I spent a few days searching the web website builder for me and realised this was the one for me. I am a complete novice when it comes to building website, however i did not need any technical knowledge at all to build this site and managed to finish the website and have it published in 7 days flat (obviously this will differ from person to person depending on the content level of your site. My pages were all build from templates which can be easily edited and changed in order to suite your site needs. In my case it is for an online shop - this was easily integrated to my site and i can accept payment from world pay and paypal. I had been thinking for a while about setting up my own site to sell womens shoes. I was worried that technically it would beyond me. There were a few companies that offered free trials but non like SitebuilderDIY. If you can click and drag and copy and past then you can build your own site. I love it. It is so easy to use. The people at sitebuilder are very helpful and don't use techy language. I didn't realise that to get a website to make me money would take so long but the folks at Sitebuilder/diy have encouraged me to keep going and not give up.

SiteBuilder is a fantastic product. I tried lots of web building software but nothing compared to the functionality that SiteBuilder provides. As a totally non technical person, I really enjoyed the whole process. I did need to check with SiteBuilder on how to do some of the more advanced features, and I found them unbelievably supportive. They responded instantly and didn't baffle me with language that I couldn't understand. The results are very professional and surpass any expectations I had. I think this is a great product and it saved us lots of money, which as a small start-up business is always important. Well done to SiteBuilder, this product is fabulous and I would recommend you try it.

I initially wanted to see if I could build a website without having to approach an agency or find a budget.I found the 30 day free trial via Google and though it was too good to be true. I signed up to the trial and it basically went from there. I wanted an ecommerce site on a small ish budget because this is an extra source of income on top of a full time job but I wanted it to look professional and be easy for me to update. I've used a couple of free sites which look great initially but prove hard to maintain and update.

It made perfect sense to use the trial while I got to grips with what I needed the web shop to do. The selection of templates made it easy for me to set up a basic site then spend time adjusting it to suit my web shop needs.

I easily added a number of pages and product images and tailored the content so it was generic throughout the site. It was easy to add the EShop and I'm using Paypal for banking for now although you can choose from Sagepay and World pay. When using the site a best practice box pops up with advice as you get used to using it you pay less attention to it. You can preview it as you go. It's really easy to use and couldn't believe how quickly I turned the site around. On and off it took me about two weeks for the site to be working and good enough to publish.

At £29.95 a month its value for money because if I got stuck or needed help I could email or pick up the phone for advice and I'm not managing anything technical on the site, SitebuilderDIY does that. The support team was very helpful and offered advice on layout and design which I was grateful for. I did get confused redirecting the temporary buzz site to my own website but the support team was on hand to help . I've had a few sales but need to concentrate on marketing the site to make the big money, looking at froogle at the moment.
As an extra source on income I recommend the www.SitebuilderDIY.co.uk website for the quick turn around, professional looking templates and the support.
Forgot to mention they also helped me set up an email account and gave me some practical marketing advice via the Forums they have.
