Absolutely disgusting, they took my money (and there stuff is not cheap!) & have now closed down! Have seen that it has happened to others too. Unbelievable that they can get away with this.

Small co and you can tell as customer service go over and above to make sure you leave happy. I dont usually review but felt i had to in this instance as its rare to get such great customer service these days.

I've ordered two items from this company, about 2 years apart. Both items have been returned. The quality of the garments is, in my estimation, quite poor, as they use cheap, horrible, clingy polyester mixes. Money is taken out of your account as soon as the order goes through, despite the website then advising you it's not in stock (but was when you ordered it), you then have to wait ages for the thing to arrive!!!!!!!!!!!, so they're very very very good at hanging onto your money. AS for their returns service, it's dreadful. You have to print off your own label, using your paper and ink, then return it to them, they then take aeons to actually refund you, despite them sending you an email. A dreadful company to deal with, expensive clothes, and quite frankly, God awful fabrics. All in all, a big fat rip off. There are plenty of companies ot there who perform way better than this one, who are also cheaper!

I recently placed an order with Curvety for a dress to wear to a wedding, had great communication throughout the order and received my item quickly. Thank you Curvety keep up the good work!

Yet again, I have returned something to Curvety and despite the promised 15 WORKING DAYS refund policy, I have had to send an email and remind them. I am awaiting their response. They sell such lovely clothes but the refund system is appalling. I can't imagine how much money one would need to have if one ordered different sizes and a few choices! Disgraceful service.

I have bought from curvety quite a few times. However this time I have had to return a dress. the dress has been received by curvety one month ago. I have rang twice to see were my refund was I was told they were very busy and it would be processed in a few days a week later i rang again and was told it would be at the end of the day. end of business day i received an email to say i was being refunded great i thought until it said in 7 days that will be 5 weeks.

I ordered 2 dresses, both were much longer than appeared in the photos and were ill fitting. So I send them back 2 months ago. I received a confirmation email stating that my credit card would be refunded within 14 days. THAT WAS 2 MONTHS AGO AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND.
I am told it will happen shortly but I will beleive it when I see it!
I will never order from this company again, and will continue to pursue this with my credit card company.

Bought 2 dresses at £185 each, Both were really lovely however they just didnt look nice on me so had to return both, I received an Email to say they had my goods back & i would be issued a refund within 14 days to my card. I Emailed them on day 15 as no refund & by day 20 no responce to my Email............. Called them on day 20 & was told they were slightly behind with there refunds & then was told it hadnt even been keyed! Was told they would key it that day but i had to wait 3/5 Business days for this to be credited to my Card, When advised i wasnt very happy with the time scales involved they advised it was my banks fault it takes 3/5 B/days to return. When stated i wasnt happy with it not being keyed after 20 days i was told i've already said sorry with a great big slience....... So for me a slight delay is a day of 2 not 20 & me having make a call to get my money back & for that reason alone i'll never use this company again. Happy to say day 27 i have my money back:-)

They always deliver quickly, and when i have need to return things it has been really painless. Their customer service is great, ever helpful on the phone and happy to double check measurements etc.

Bought a lovely evening dress which arrived very quickly even though i had the free delivery option. it was too small but the exchange was painless & when i called the lady was very helpful and they sent me a form to pay the postage back. Size up that was sent is gorgeous and fits like a glove - am so happy!
