Britannia Lanes Removals

Fantastic service from start to finish from the first phone call to the office to the man who came and collected our boxes after we finished the unpacking (hurrah!!) We only moved a short distance but moving home is still incredibly stressful but after we chose Britannia Lanes to undertake our removal it was a weight off our mind and one less thing for my wife to worry about. Unfortunately we had to change our removal date several times due to issues further up the chain. Although Lanes seemed incredibly booked up they always managed to accommodate our ever changing needs and for this we were incredibly grateful. The move on the day was just a smooth as our previous dealings and the guys were polite and cheerful. If you want a removal with no extra stress I would certainly recommend using Britannia Lanes.

The Britannia Lanes removals quote said that they would wrap all larger items before removal and because of awkward access they would quote for a three man job. They did not appear to have made any attempt to pack anything in the flat and were going to carry our expensive sofas up muddy paths and steps without any covering. We taped the wardrobe shut, yet they removed the tape and then I watched as the door fell open and the handle came off. When I phoned to ask for the third member of staff we were PAYING for the man argued with me about why it was necessary. They were OK if you were paying for a man and a van but their prices are very high and you don't get what you pay for.
