Bought Appliance Jan09. The Bearings Went Aft

the bearings went after 11 months.
It will cost more to repair now than to replace as per local technician.
This is the second hotpoint machine I am going to have to replace after 12-16 months of fairly light use.
The other machine was a Hotpoint Aquarius Dishwasher that caught fire with an electrical fault (apparently a common occurance)
I will never buy hotpoint again, the customer service is SHOCKING and they clearly do not value you as a customer.
