Purchased a pair of 925 sterling silver with rose gold plating (cost USD100) which turned into a dark bluish-black hue in less than 3 months of wear! Have had cheaper and yet better quality sterling silver earring bought at pop-up stalls/flea market. Hugely disappointed with Thomas Sabo's poor quality jewellery.

I want to make clear that I like the merchandise, however, my experience with their customer service and aftercare is terrible. I purchased 5 items from their Swiss boutique in early November. When I returned home to the US I found the exact same items on their online store for substantially less. Not on sale mind you, just a lower price on each item...more than $200 Swiss Francs difference. I made their customer service department aware of this. The initial reaction was “sorry, we don’t have control over what our boutiques up charge”. When I told them I would pursue other options like reviews, returns etc, they seemed to take me seriously. After 10 days of waiting for them to find a resolution, they finally came back with an offer of a $20 gift card! Wait, what??? $20? I was overcharged $220 and they offer a $20 gift card? Mind you I bought 5 items for my wife and myself...would be a loyal client going forward and gladly purchase more items...After this experience I will never step foot in their store in person nor online. The incredible lack of caring or taking any responsibility is incredible to me...especially in these days of boutiques going out of business...you would think they would care...clearly not...next step is to charge back on my credit card and return all 5 items. Just completely disheartened!

I have had a Thomas Sabo charm bracelet for 2-3 years, intending to put 13 charms on it,only ever getting up to 9. I have had several (charm) clasps break and lost x 2 charms altogether, so instead of buying new charms to complete it , I was actually only ever buying replacement ones. I now find the clasp has broken on the bracelet itself. Whilst this range isn't the most expensive on the market, it certainly isn't the cheapest either. I have now given up collecting Thomas Sabo charms and do not intend to replace the bracelet. My family and I would not purchase from this range again -- please avoid doing so --very poor quality for the money.

I cannot speak highly enough of the heart pendant and chain I have. It was a gift, and unfortunately a link broke. The staff immediately apologised, and replaced it,giving me same high quality service and reminding me to come back for free cleaning. It was at the Highcross Leicester branch. Fabulous professional service. Thankyou

Every single piece of silver I have purchased from Thomas Sabo has lost it's colour and turn yellow almost instantly, the quality is shockingly poor in literally EVERYTHING They made, not forgetting to mention either how OVERPRICED they are. Please don't even consider buying the elastic bracelets because they will also break over and over and OVER again, and most of them cost between £100-£300. Is just not worth it in any sense.

I have a charm bracelet from my sisters. Recently I was bought a green clover charm by my girlfriend. It wasn't cheap and I felt extremely sentimental about it. At some point the charm has obviously broken and come off the bracelet, despite the fact that at no point had I knocked it or anything similar which would have caused that. This was extremely distressing and I spent a lot of time looking for it. I had my family and friends over at the time and our time together was ruined by the upset of this. To make up for it, she bought me another one, which I just looked at and the pearl has disappeared. I am now again spending my Sunday evening in tears. Only buy these if you don't have any sentimental value to gifts.

Just received my charm. I am very pleased with the quality and fast delivery and also the lovely gift box that came with it

I purchased online a man's bracelet with engraving as a gift at a cost of £125. The bracelet arrived in a presentation box but was too small. I was disappointed in the quality as the bead are just strung together with elastic, so poor value for the moeny. Anyway, to get it enlarged (as they couldn't replace due to the engraving) I had to pay additional £14.95 to send it back to Germany (they cannot do altertions in UK for some reason). It took 4 weeks to receive it back - only to find they had returned it in a plastic bag without the original gift box!! I was furious! Now after spending more time on phone to get this sorted, I now have to wait for a gift box to be sent to me - yet more delay!! I am appalled. To return a bracelet just in a plastic bag is beyond poor service! Never ever buying from this company again. Stay well clear of them!

I am not giving this review any STARS at all - Thomas Sabo is a load of bull - Expensive charms - I bought myself the bracelet and started to collect my charms - the penguin clasp broke within a week - shop repaired the clasp - now the penguins white chest enamel has fallen off and the black is falling off too - I went to the local Thomas Sabo shop in Cabot Circus today to be told that it was normal wear and tear - only 8 months old for goodness sakes...... My heart charm is also loosing its red enamel and I have had to remove my butterfly as it gets caught in everything - I am now going over to PANDORA with pleasure.

Bought the above charm for my football mad daughter. Charm is very good quality as expected from Thomas Sabo - but equally pleased with Joshua James discount offered, packaging and speed of delivery

My mum bought me the bracelet for my birthday and friends and family bought me charms to go on it. Just over a month later, the bracelet snapped, meaning I lost one of my charms, my special 21st one to be precise. I am furious as the lady in the shop told me to email them and they should replace it, I've sent them 2 emails and still heard nothing. One of my other charms snapped which I also took back, when it came back, they said i had to pay as it wasn't a guarantee malfunction. I had to ring them multiple times to see how long it was going to be, 3 months later and i still didn't have it. When I rang they said it came in last week, but they didn't try to contact me. So altogether I had a broken bracelet, a lost charm and a charm I have to pay for, all within a few months of me getting it. Would not recommend!!!

I'm not surprised to read the negative feedback on this website. Thomas Sabo has horrible people working at Corporate Office & the associate turn over in Canada is through the roof! They are definitely getting a reputation in Canada & the U.S. If the treated associates better & customers better, they would succeed. However, it's the opposite. Do not give this company your money. They don't deserve it . . . or you.

I usually don't write bad reviews and give the company a chance to make up for the mistake they made, but this Thomas Sabo is unforgivable. I live in the US and bought their bracelet and charms on line. Since they don't have retail stores near where I live, receiving the package was the first time I saw their product in person - and they look like kids' toys. So, I followed the instruction and returned to their NY office within 2 week like they required. About a week later, from post office I learned the package was delivered, but I didn't receive any email or refund. So I called after maybe 5 days, and their contacting office is in Quebec. The rep who answered the call was polite and patient, but he told me this story: ~~ NY office is their "broker", office in Quebec has to receive the merchandise and "inspect" before making the refund. ~~ That was 10 days ago. Since I still didn't see my refund, so I called Quebec again, the same guy told me they haven't received the package from NY, so still he can't give me the refund. When I asked him realistically how long does it take for them to process refund, he can't answer me. The argument was that, I really don't care how their relationship is with the NY broker; I am a customer, I did as they instructed within the time period they give for return, but dragging for nearly 3 weeks they don't refund me the money. Honestly, processing return so slowly makes me suspect whether they are using our money to gain the flow although the interest is low now but it's still money. I have to say American companies don't do business like this, and we shouldn't give them the chance to make money from us. Don't buy Thomas Sabo.

I had the big ben charm for my 21st from my fiancé. I wore it for a week and then was sat at work and watched the big ben drop off the clasp. Also I had a key from my mum as a 21st present and luckily that is still in tact but I wish she had chosen a different jewellers now as I wanted to build a charm bracelet up but doubt thats going to happen now. Such a shame as they are really pretty but just not strong enough to wear all the time. You would have to keep it in a box and never wear it, if you wanted to keep it for anything longer than a month.

I purchased a bracelet $409 -- it broke the first day i wore it. Christmas gift and it fell off my arm. Returned it after multiple emails. Replaced and second one broke. Returned it ....45 days later i received a gift card. meanwhile I paid to ship it back twice. I used the gift card -- and used it but needed to pay $ 4.00. When they too the charge -- they took the FULL amount and did not apply the card. Thomas Sabo Products are VERY POOR quality and horrible service. DO NOT BUY anything from Thomas Sabo

My husband bought me beautiful earrings that I could wear only few times because the pin broke. I brought them back to the store and they said that the two years warranty was not covering it and that I have to wait 6-8 weeks to have a feedback!!! The earings are way too heavy for the pin (bad engineering) and I have to pay again for their lack of quality?!? No way! They already cost over 1300 RM!!! I'll bring the earrings to a normal jewellery store and I'll tell the guy how to weld the pin in ordre to fix the problem... It's very disappointing the poor service that Thomas Soba offers and I can assure I am not the only one with this issue...

I bought a Crystal Pendant with i did Not realise it was Crack inside, when i realised it After 2 Weeks with receipt,i bring back to the Shop to make an exchange but they Said they will repaired, After a Month i was called to Collect my Pendant. It was Worst that beföre. I Contact the direct Office and they Said cannot do anything for me. It is a cheating Company selling Bad Quality product and the Same Time they are rüde and Unprofessional. I will personal Not recommand Anyone to buy from them.

disappointing purchase for my daughter. Her boyfriend spent a small fortune on this rubbish to have the charms "disappear" & my daughter in a mild panic trying to find them & they feel "guilty" for loosing them. Not her fault, only the fault of the bad quality merchandise. Do NOT purchase! Look pretty and that is that!!

I brought this item SD_A0009-176-14 (Sabo Herz Armband) for my girlfriend. The pearls were scratched and the workmanship/quality was dreadful for 159 euros. The customer service at the head office was terrible.
