Brought a beko wm5120w alomost year ago was working fine till monday 4th october 2015 where on final spin heard nasty grinding noise then slowed to have it's spin speed then cut power and stopped only thing stayed on was led lights so machine was fine upto recently

Had this machine for a year before it broke down.It would shut off after 20 minutes and wouldnt do its rinse.And also when I would turn it to do a rinse manually it wouldnt do that either or a proper spin,NIGHTMARE.I phoned for an engineer who told me it was something to do with the drainage.He messed round with the hose at the back and said that would sort it.A week later same problem phoned them again and sent the same engineer out.He told me it was the water pump and had to order a new one.That was fitted two weeks later.It seemed to work for about three months then same problem.This time it was the washer sensor,again had to wait whilst he ordered the part.That again seemed to work for a few months then same problem.Same engineer came out and told me to put on a 90 cycle once a month to clean the pipes,yeh right didnt work!! Someone new came the next time and said it was the circuit board,whilst waiting for that part the whole thing went off.When he came to fit the circuit board he told me the on off switchh had burnt out and he would need to order the part.That was on monday,it is now thursday and it is playing up again!! Four hours I've been trying to do one load of washing.NEVER AGAIN am i going to ever buy anything Beko,they may be cheap but now I have to go out and buy another machine so in the long run they have cost me more!!

Excellent machine, does everything it's supposed to. The other reviewer must be a muppet. Great price from Harrods and was delivered along with the weekly shopping. Al Fayed came and plumbed it in himself, which I was impressed with.

Had the machine for 3 months befor it broke down,would not do final spin or take fabric conditioner,had someone out to look at it and he told me the belt needed to be tightened..job done...NOT,the second man told me i needed a new pcp board job done...NOT,meanwhile beko customer service were rude and unhelpful,not even offering a exchange,one girl even told me that it must be something that im doing to it and wouldnt give an exchange,in the end went back to the retailer and the exchnged the machine...WILL NEVER DEAL WITH BEKO AGAIN.as long as i live.
